Modern catering is clearly moving toward more flexible and personalized setups where people can mix traditions with newer food preferences instead of sticking to fixed menus. That shift feels very similar to how the Cookout menu works, where you can build your own tray with burgers, BBQ, sides, and milkshakes depending on what you’re in the mood for. It’s basically the same idea of giving people more control and variety in what they eat instead of limiting them to standard options.
