    Cloudways should improve its trial expiration warnings by sending multiple reminder emails before server deletion. Additional alerts at 24 hours, 12 hours, and 2 hours before the trial expires would give users enough time to back up their data, upgrade their account, or extend their trial. This proactive approach would help prevent accidental data loss, improve the overall user experience, and increase customer satisfaction.
