    A built-in reporting tool would be especially useful for agencies and freelancers managing several WordPress sites. Having updates, backups, uptime, performance data, and maintenance activity automatically turned into a client-friendly report could remove a lot of repetitive manual work. I think customization would be equally important, particularly the ability to add agency branding, choose which metrics appear, and create reports that are easy for non-technical clients to understand.
