Decrease of Price For Vultr Servers
We all know that Vultr recently decreased their Server Pricing.
It's now offering 512MB Server fro 2.5$ and 1GB Server for 5$
But Cloudways is charging insanely on top of that for offering Vultr Servers.
For 5$ Vultr Plan ( 1GB Server ), We need to pay 11$. That is 220% more than what we pay at Vultr
This insane price is for the other plans too. And, There's no 2.5$ plan option in CloudWays.
please support this feedback until CloudWays changes the pricing.

Add Reverse DNS! Emails sent to Gmail from Wordpress end up in spam otherwise
Reverse DNS prevents emails sent from a Cloudways server to be marked as spam. I have my DNS records pointing to my Cloudways server. However, I want Cloudways to point back to the records too.
Gmail loves classifying unauthenticated email as spam meaning that all my WooCommerce order emails go unseen! Several customers are complaining about this since migrating to Cloudways.
Rackspace have this implemented already, it's easy to use. Get inspiration here: http://www.rackspace.com/knowledge_center/article/create-a-reverse-dns-record-0#setup
Thank you, if this was working Cloudways would have a bullet proof solid ecommerce platform offering!

Fix your cronjobs "Click&Go" Implementation
I've been trying to set cronjobs for months, but not from the "Click&Go" nor from the console I've been able to do so. The customer service assistants take me back and forth from one method to the other, (possibly) avoiding to deal with this issue directly.
1 voteMoises can you open a ticket for this and mention me (Pere) so we can take a look?. I haven’t heard any complain from other users regarding cron feature.

Solution for digital ocean IP changing on scaling
I understand that the root of this problem is on the end of your provider. But it would be great if some sort of solution to this could be found. Even something like Cloudways keeping a copy of the server at its current IP until dns has changed over or something.
1 voteThe solution is to never point your domain to the server IP but to create a CNAME as explained in our KB:
https://support.cloudways.com/entries/40609898-How-do-I-take-my-website-live-from-Cloudways-If you do this, then we take care of automatically changing the IP from our end and you don’t need to do anything.

Choose which services to start at boot
I suggest making it possible to choose which services to start when booting a server.
When using woocommerce in wordpress varnish creates some caching issues which make it unusable in a woocommerce environment unless it is optimized for it.
It's possible to disable varnish after boot, but if the server is rebooted you have to manually stop it again.
