Improvements to the MySQL -> Slow queries page layout
As someone who uses the MySQL slow queries screen fairly often, the table is fine, but could it please text wrap?
Hovering to see the (usually long) query in this tiny little tooltip is really annoying, and even more annoying if you're trying to select the text to copy and paste it somewhere you can actually read it.

Ability to change admin URL for wordpress site in access details screen
Allow us to update the wordpress admin URL in the access details section. Changing from the standard wp-admin is critical for site security and not being able to log into the dashboard from the server once changed is inefficient.

Fix Slow Load of "Launch Database Manager"
Under the old interface, a click of "Launch Database Manager" instantly opened the database manager (sub 0.5s). Under the new interface it takes ~5s. Not the biggest delay in the world, but it adds up when you are doing it multiple times a day.

Customise display options for applications list dashboard
In screenshots and videos from blog post introducing Unified Simplicity dashboard [https://www.cloudways.com/blog/unified-simplicity/], wordpress flexible apps show screenshots of the website, however they currently display wordpress logos instead.
It would be great if this was a customisable option - screenshot, upload image, or favicon from website.
This could possibly integrate with another feedback post, and be an option to choose between card view or list view, similar to ManageW website dashboards.

Direct Links to In-Depth Download & Setup Guides in Dashboard
Adding contextual links to step-by-step setup and download guides inside the Cloudways UI would help users quickly install applications and configure servers without confusion. Having clear, visible guidance directly in the interface significantly reduces friction.
For example, resource pages that offer step-by-step instructions—such as https://playsgeometrydash.com/download-guide/ —make it effortless for users to complete installations smoothly. Integrating similar guided walkthroughs and download links into the Cloudways application panel would greatly enhance user experience.

Date of creation of the application
It would be very helpful if Cloudways displayed the application's creation date directly on the Access Details page (or in the application overview).
As an agency managing many websites, we often need to know when an application was originally created for troubleshooting, migrations, billing history, and client records. Currently, this information isn't easily accessible from the UI.
Adding a simple field such as:
Created on: January 15, 2024
would save time and improve application management, especially for users managing dozens or hundreds of applications.

Add placeholder inbox for new Rackspace additions that are in (DNS) propagation period.
Please add grayed out placeholder inbox for newly submitted Rackspace inbox additions that are in (DNS) propagation period. If I had missed the disappearing notification upon creating my new inbox I would have no idea that there is a propagation period that I have to wait on until I gain access to my new inbox.

Please add File manager Feature
Here’s a clean and professional rewrite:
Please add a Web File Manager so we don’t have to whitelist our IP address. This will allow us to access logs, replace files, and download backups directly from the web GUI without using FTP. With this option, we can avoid enabling FTP entirely and eliminate the need for IP whitelisting.

Fix repeated reloading when editing "Folder" and "Default email sender" boxes in Applications Setting screen.
When opening the Applications Settings screen and then instantly clicking edit on the "Folder" or the "Default email sender" boxes — if you start typing straight away, after 2-3s the text you type is deleted and it resets to what was there previously. This happens 2-3 times before it finally lets you type the whole box without resetting itself.

Option to add labels to servers
I have multiple servers in use. I would like the option to add labels to my servers, to get extra information on my server overview. For example, to add a client name to a server. (I know I can name my server, but I don't want to change my server names). Also, with a global server PHP package version and not the option to choose a version per application, I would like the PHP version to be visible in the server overview.

Add Disable Wordpress Plugins in "Applications Settings"
This could be a simple toggle to disable all plugins on/off in the event of a critical error. It would help give access to the wp-admin and bring the site back up. It would also mitigate the need for Cloudways support in the event of this issue.

Remember the "Sort By" option on the Applications and Server screens
The default sort is "last created". Requesting an update to remember the user's selection. I use the "name" sort option pretty regularly. Thanks for your attention!

Firewall IP list's selection bit broken
In the Firewall page there is a list of IP's that have been blacklisted or whitelisted. There is a possibility to select an IP with a checkbox. If you select only one IP from the list, the Actions menu item does not appear and thus you don't have an easy possibility to for example blacklist IP permanently.
If you elect two IP's, the Actions menu item appears. However when you try to perform permanent blacklist for multiple IP addresses, it only adds it for one selected IP.

Resend MFA Code Does Not Reset Previous
The MFA code did not arrive at my inbox in time. I clicked Resend Code. I got a code quickly, but it was the original code. Moments later the Resend arrived as well. The original code still worked. Maybe worth invalidating old code(s) on resend initiation.

Provide certain canned reports for troubleshooting
It would be great if the dashboard provided a link that would generate certain reports from access logs, such as highlighting IP numbers that are causing excessive traffic, errors that are appearing frequently, and so on. I'm sure Cloudways support has a list of things they do every time someone writes in; perhaps they could encapsulate that knowledge in a link that customers could access directly without having to ask. If it were tied to an AI, it could even suggest firewall rules.

Better Performance Insights for Media-Heavy Website
It would be helpful if Cloudways added more detailed performance insights for websites that handle a lot of images, videos, and other media content.
A dedicated section in the dashboard could show which resources are using the most bandwidth, how caching is affecting performance, and whether a website could benefit from CDN optimization. Simple recommendations based on the website's actual usage would also make the dashboard more useful.
For example, website with a large amount of visual and video content can sometimes need additional optimization to maintain fast loading times. Having these insights directly inside Cloudways would make it easier…

Add a Customizable Quick Actions Panel to the Dashboard
It would be helpful to have a customizable Quick Actions panel on the Cloudways dashboard where users can pin frequently used actions such as managing applications, checking server health, clearing cache, accessing backups, and monitoring resources. This would reduce unnecessary navigation and make the new interface faster and easier to use, especially for users managing multiple servers and applications.
