    I am also looking for private networking capability, either Digital Ocean or Vultr to take advantage of the low latency.

    I also want to host a database allowing NOC "internal traffic" only on my Vultr server as described here

    as all cloud platforms supported by cloudways have ready images, i would expect cloudways to support MEAN as well...
