    Can you clarify ?. We already have automated invoice charging (to the registered CC card) at the end of the month.

    This is ridiculous - I have my credit card in the system but keep receiving an email to add funds - what do I need to add funds to? Why are you not charging my credit card automatically?
    Customer service said you don't have the option to do this, why not?
    ALL other hosting sites invoice and charge your credit card on file automatically, why are you not doing that?
