Dependent plugin updates can easily be missed when the update system only checks once, and having to manually revisit the dashboard afterward is inconvenient. A second automatic update check after themes and plugins are updated would make the process more reliable and help keep sites fully up to date without extra manual steps.

If the site was loading normally before and only became slow recently, I’d first check whether anything changed on the server or WordPress side. Large images, new plugins, third-party scripts, and cache issues can also cause sudden slowdowns. I’d run a speed test and check the server response time as well, since that can help narrow down whether the problem is hosting-related or coming from the site itself.
