Create another users for MariaDB
WordPress has a lot of integrations with 3rd party apps via APIs, and have only one user per database is very critical for security of the application and for our business.

Prevent errors when adding block storage
Change the words “attach block storage” to “replace with block storage” Attach means “add on to”, implying that the storage amount you are selecting is in addition to the amount you already have. It is not clear at all that you need to “Attach” your existing storage as well as any extra you require.
Prevent the process from starting if the requested amount of storage is less than the amount currently in use on the server -This is a bit of a no-brainer. If my site is using 100gb of storage, I shouldn’t be able to select “attach(ie replace) my…

Make it possible to set a PTR record
It is not possible to set a PTR record for Cloudways servers. Please give us a way to control reverse DNS, even if it just means submitting a ticket.
Cloudways servers are not used for sending emails, and Cloudways sites have to use transaction email services like Sendgrid, Elastic Mail, SMTP etc. Even then, some emails can still get flagged as spam due to the PTR record being returning "cloudwaysapps.com" rather than the domain name. This affects any mail sent by the customer's mail server, not just mail sent from their site.
For example, let's say I have a site…

API for invoice downloads
Hi, in order to automate this process and eliminate the need for manual entry into the invoice panel, I would want to have an API specifically designed for downloading invoices. If it were able to integrate with tools like Make, Zapier, etc., that would be fantastic.

Examine the Performance Problems with DigitalOcean Premium
After switching to DigitalOcean Premium through Cloudways some months ago, I encountered multiple instances of glaring site lag, with pages often taking up to ten seconds to load. Even though the Vultr server is located farther away, I never experienced this kind of problem when I was on a Vultr HF server.
I simply moved my apps back to Vultr HF, and the lag disappeared right away. It appears that DO was the issue.
I advise you to investigate any problems with the DigitalOcean service.

Expand on the NewRelic Integration
It would be great to see the NewRelic integration report on more than just APM information. I'd like to see it report on the entire infrastructure stack.

Server Firewall allow to Whitelist Domains apart from IP's
Server Firewall allow to Whitelist Domains apart from IP's because many services use dynamic ip's so the ip I add will not have effect once it updates.

Improve Staging Environment
I want to establish a workflow where all content changes and Wordpress updates are exclusively done on the staging website. Neither my clients nor I make changes directly to the live domain ever. This is to prevent any crashes and costly downtime. My plan is to manually push the staging environment to live on a monthly basis.
For updates, I want to use SafeUpdates. However, the current issue is that SafeUpdates can only run on a live domain. This contradicts the entire workflow I want to create, as it would lead to conflicts when pushing staging to live. To avoid…

Stopping the SPAM on this forum would be a good start
It doesn't reflect very well on Cloudways to see all the spam on this forum. It doesn't really give us the impression that the Cloudways is actively monitoring this forum and therefore wondering how relevant it is to share any new ideas. A good start woulld be to cancel the spammers and control that only Cloudways clients can post here.

give more time before you delete someone's server and applications
If you're barely late on a payment, they'll delete your server. Sometimes they will put an extension in place and restore it immediately (if not totally deleted). But sometimes, they just delete it. I even had a payment arrangement in place and they deleted my server and applications. They give maybe a few days to fix it. My website is a main way that I make money. I HAVE to have it up and running. It wasn't that bad of a price but I had to upgrade to get the malware service since it got malware.
So, my suggestion is…

Downgrade server on the Digitalocean
I contacted support today and asked for help to downgrade the size of my server, and he told me that it is currently not possible to do so, but that I must clone to a new site, including new DNS settings and more. In this situation today it will be difficult for me to continue working with your servers, I have many clients and each of them asks for something different, if I have to perform a clone every time a client wants to reduce the size of his server. It will be very difficult to work like this.
Thank…

Cloudways needs to activate Cloudflare deviced-based caching (cf-device-type)
You cannot activate Cloudflare Edge Caching feature in Cloudways without it bypassing/overrding device detection from Varnish
Reading Cloudflare's docs allowing device based caching is trivial. However we have no access to the majority of Cloudflare's settings (which should be a ticket here in and of itself)
Currently without this if a page is cached first when a mobile user visits it, then a desktop user will get the mobile version

IPV6 is necessary on CW!
IPV6, this should be a number one feature, because a lot op companies including us work a lot for municipalities and they require to have ipv6 for their web activities. IPv6 has been on the market and in use for a while, so it makes sense for a large platform like CW to also take this step. Personally, I think this feature has many times more impact than a new interface ;)

BugFix - Fix the DNS page to allow non case sensitive cname
It seems there is a bug on the DNS page (DNS made easy addon), when adding a cname, it seems to error out with error, when discussing with support it seems to be requiring lower case, 75% sure it's a bug parsing the cname correctly. "Target for CNAME record is invalid", is the error - The context was adding a DKIM record from office365 and some of the letters in the DKIM record were capitalized.
