Add a Unified Website Health Dashboard for Faster Troubleshooting
I suggest adding a Website Health & Performance Dashboard that brings important hosting information into one simple view.
It could show server response time, uptime, resource usage, database performance, SSL status, CDN/cache status, and recent performance issues. Cloudways could also provide clear recommendations when a problem is detected, such as optimizing images, clearing cache, or upgrading resources.
A built-in checklist for common website issues would be especially helpful for users who aren't technical experts. For example, guides covering related everyday online services, such as this Etisalat balance check (https://dubaidetect.com/etisalat-balance-check/) guide, demonstrate how useful simple, task-focused information can be…

Utility-Supporting Products for Payment Methods
Utility-Supporting Products for Payment Methods is a major subject in Cloudways Customer Voice, a feedback system where users may share ideas, vote, and debate service improvements. Currently, the Payment Methods category, located under Product Improvements: Flexible, contains numerous proposals for payment, billing, and cost management flexibility.
One pressing requirement is to broaden payment options to better serve users in different regions. UPI, RuPay, e-wallets, and local payment methods have all been mentioned in forum comments as choices. This is a practical concern for overseas consumers, as the ability to pay in familiar currencies and methods can simplify the subscription and…

Book a Consultation Call Before You Sign Anything
Considering signing a publishing agreement this week? Have a brief call with us first. A few minutes may help you spot signs a publishing agreement will miss. Ask some probing questions regarding your royalties, rights, and time frame. Good Australian book publishers will not mind this approach.

Idea for Pfp meaning in text
This is an interesting look at making backup and restore tasks easier, especially with the idea of having convenient options for individual applications. I also enjoy learning about the small terms people use in online communication and technology discussions. For example, understanding can be useful when navigating social platforms, forums, and app communities where profile pictures are frequently discussed.

Bulk-edit Auto-Updates in Site Manager
I see that Site Manager has a few new features that I'd like to turn on in the settings for Auto Updates >Scheduling. Specifically, I want to change Visual Regression Sensitivity to 5%, add Smart Skip for Plugin/Theme Update Failures, and turn on Critical Updates. My problem is that I currently have 46 applications configured in Site Manager, and there is no way to make these changes to all of my applications at once; I have to change each application individually which requires multiple steps and a lot more time than it should. Please add this feature, thanks!

Integrate AI-Powered Audio Enhancement into Cloudways for Creator-Focused Hosting
Cloudways could add an optional AI audio cleanup tool for customers hosting podcasts, voice notes, or online courses. Many creators struggle with background noise in their recordings. By integrating a service like RemoveBackgroundNoise.com directly into the hosting dashboard, Cloudways would offer a unique value-add that saves users time and improves content quality. This would make Cloudways the go-to hosting for audio content creators—combining reliable hosting with built-in production tools. For inspiration, see how tools like https://RemoveBackgroundNoise.com simplify noise removal for creators.

Add a Simple Mobile Recharge & Expense Tracking Feature
It would be helpful to have a lightweight section where users can track recurring digital expenses and mobile-related payments alongside their hosting costs.
For example, users who manage websites while traveling could keep reminders for services such as Etisalat Recharge, domain renewals, hosting subscriptions, and other recurring expenses in one place. A simple dashboard showing upcoming payments, spending categories, and optional reminders could make monthly expense management much easier, you can check out: https://khaleejbuzz.com/etisalat-recharge/, for detail guide.

Security Features Shouldn’t Be Locked Behind Additional Payments
Security Features Shouldn’t Be Locked Behind Additional Payments
Since Cloudways introduced additional paid security options, the level of protection included by default feels noticeably reduced. Security should be a core part of managed hosting, not something customers need to continuously pay extra for on top of their existing hosting plans.Cloudways should consider restoring stronger built-in security features for all customers, including better malware protection, proactive threat detection, firewall capabilities, and basic vulnerability monitoring without requiring additional subscriptions.
Customers choose managed hosting partly for peace of mind. Making essential security protections an extra paid layer reduces the value of the…

Add Built-In User Journey Analytics for Interactive Tools and Calculators
Many modern websites are no longer simple content pages. They include calculators, configurators, assessment tools, and other interactive experiences that depend heavily on user engagement.
While Cloudways provides excellent server monitoring and application performance metrics, it would be extremely useful to have lightweight user journey analytics directly within the platform.
For example, websites such as:
often need visibility into:
Where users abandon multi-step interactions
Which input fields generate the most drop-offs
Completion rates for interactive tools
Average interaction time before a result is generated
Device-specific engagement patternsCurrently, site owners usually need several third-party tools to collect this information.

How can I find reliable mobile app developers in DC?
When searching for mobile app developers in DC, it’s important to look beyond the initial development cost. Start by reviewing the company’s portfolio and checking whether they have experience building apps similar to your idea or within your industry.
You should also ask about their experience with iOS, Android, cross-platform technologies, UI/UX design, backend development, security, testing, and ongoing maintenance. A reliable development team should be able to explain its development process clearly and provide realistic timelines and costs.
It’s also worth checking client reviews and case studies before making a decision. Companies such as Appicoders work with businesses on…

Add a Built-In Website SEO & Domain Health Overview
Cloudways could add a lightweight SEO and domain health overview inside the platform for users managing WordPress and other websites.
It would be useful to have basic indicators such as Domain Authority, Page Authority, referring domains, backlink profile, spam-risk signals, indexing status, and other important website health metrics in one place. This would make it easier for website owners and agencies to identify potential SEO issues without switching between several external tools.
A simple domain comparison option would also be valuable for agencies managing multiple client websites. For example, users could compare the authority and backlink-related metrics of two domains…

How do you develop locally when your service calls 5 others?
Working on a service in a microservices setup and local development has turned into a chore. To run my one service, I basically need half the other services running too, or stubbed somehow, because it calls out to a chain of them. Spinning up the whole stack on my laptop is slow and half the time something in the chain is misconfigured.
I've been mocking the dependencies instead so I can develop and test my service in isolation. The question is how to do it without the mocks becoming a maintenance burden or drifting away from what the real services…

Elastic Email SMTP Add-on
The SMTP email service offered by Elastic Email can currently only be enabled at the account level. In my case, however, I manage over fifty active servers with a single account. This makes it very difficult to monitor the cost of email usage for each project.
I would love to be able to activate the SMTP add-on for each server rather than the full account. After that, I could allocate email volumes based on each server's utilization. For example, I may enable 50,000 emails for Server X and 12,000 emails for Server Y. With this setup, I could determine the…

Elastic Email's SMTP email service
At the moment, Elastic Email's SMTP email service can only be enabled at the account level. In my situation, tho, I use a single account to oversee more than fifty live servers. Because of this, tracking the cost of email consumption for each project is very challenging.
Instead of activating the SMTP add-on for the entire account, I would really like to be able to do it for each server. I could then distribute email volumes according to the usage of each server. For instance, I might let 12,000 emails for Server Y and 50,000 emails for Server X. I…

Cloudways
If I could implement it for every server, it would be ideal. After that, I could allocate email volumes based on each server's utilization. For example, I could set Server Y to receive 12,000 emails and Server X to receive 50,000. Using this configuration, I could determine the exact cost per server and bill my clients accordingly.
Since I would have to cover the full cost myself, it is no longer feasible for me to provide this add-on to my customers. For Cloudways users like me who utilize your infrastructure to handle several client projects, having server-level control over this…
