I would like to suggest a few improvements for the Flexible product that could make server management and scaling even more efficient for users.
More granular resource scaling
It would be helpful to allow users to adjust CPU, RAM, and storage independently without requiring full server plan changes. This would give better cost control for growing projects.Real-time cost preview
Before applying changes, a live cost estimator showing updated monthly billing would improve transparency and help users make better decisions.Temporary resource boost option

Improve Zoho Mail Integration & Email Diagnostics
Cloudways should provide better support and diagnostics for Zoho Mail integrations. I experienced an issue where contact form submissions from https://digiaccounting.co.uk were not reaching my Zoho Mail inbox while hosted on Cloudways. After moving the same website and keeping the exact same Zoho Mail settings on another host, email delivery started working correctly.
A built-in email diagnostics tool for SPF, DKIM, DMARC, SMTP testing, and mail logs would help users quickly identify and resolve email delivery issues.

It would be helpful if Cloudways added a dedicated optimization toolkit for app download websites and APK-based platforms. Many sites that provide app information, changelogs, installation guides, and download pages need fast file delivery, stable uptime, malware/security checks, CDN-friendly caching, and bandwidth monitoring.
For example, a site related to the Cocoflix app may have pages for Android, Firestick, Android TV, PC setup, updates, and troubleshooting. These pages often receive mobile traffic and need fast loading, secure download handling, and clear performance reports.

A Changelog for Settings & Packages Changes
Would love to be able to see a changelog of all of the changes made to the settings & packages section of the dashboard just under the settings.
For example: A list of each change submitted for the Memory Limit and what user made the change and when.
I know there is a way to see these kinds of adjustments in the server logs, or via support ticket, but a nice list on the dashboard would be super convenient, maybe also with a filter.
