Add server-aware concurrency limits and automatic load throttling to Site Manager updates
Site Manager can run updates across multiple applications, but it does not currently provide a configurable per-server concurrency limit or pause pending updates when server resources become constrained.
This makes bulk updates risky on servers hosting many applications, particularly when SafeUpdate is creating backups, temporary staging environments and visual comparisons.
Please add:
- A configurable maximum of 1, 2, 3 or more concurrent updates per server.
- An automatic mode based on CPU, available memory, load average, PHP workers, MySQL pressure and disk I/O.
- Automatic queuing or pausing when safe thresholds are exceeded.
- Separate controls for Quick Update and SafeUpdate.

Let Users Choose Their Preferred Data Center
I think Cloudways could improve its server setup experience by giving users more control over the specific data center they want to use.
For example, DigitalOcean may have multiple data centers within the same city or region, but the current interface appears to offer only a broader location choice. Being able to select the exact data center would make it easier to optimize server latency and performance for a particular audience.

For a content-heavy WooCommerce site with many custom packaging product pages, it would be extremely useful to have more granular caching controls directly inside Cloudways.
Instead of clearing the entire application cache whenever I update a single product, page, CSS file, or image, Cloudways should provide:
- Purge cache for a specific URL
- Purge cache for a specific WordPress post/product
- See whether a URL is currently cached
- Automatically purge the affected URL when a WordPress/WooCommerce page is updated
- Separate controls for page, object, and CDN cache
- Cache purge history/logs
- Optional Cloudflare cache…

Give Developers More Control Over Cache and Security Settings
Cloudways is convenient for managing servers, but some routine tasks still feel unnecessarily restrictive for developers running production websites. Cache management and security configuration are two areas where having more granular controls would make a noticeable difference.
Instead of forcing users to purge an entire cache whenever a single PHP file, page, or asset changes, Cloudways could provide an option to purge cache for a specific URL or file.
