Give technical contact options without needing an account.
I was recently locked out of my account and unable to access the websites I manage. After looking on the Cloudways site, I could only find sales contact forms. All technical/account support required to be signed in. If I had not had a second account, I wouldn't have been able to practically and efficiently contact support about being locked out. This would be a high priority issue (and hopefully an easy fix) for customers with just one account.

New Cloudways Lay-out is not a step forward
In many ways its not a improvement.
1. Search is implemented, thats good.. but why a extra click? First i have to click on the icon, then the bar appears en then finally i can ad my search terms? Why.. i don't need more work... Just put the searchbar in sight without extra steps.
2. Their is made some extra tabs for adding SFTP credentials? Why...this was al within one layout together with database... much, much easier. Also if you copy credentials is made into more effort. Why...why

More options when creating a staging site. (Set domain, SEO options, password protection))
When I create a staging site for a client to work on, I always have to go change the domain name to staging.domain.com, disable password protection, and log into the site to discourage search engines from indexing the staging site.
It would be nice to have a few fields that are optional when creating the staging site, eg:
"Set staging site domain name" (Text field)
"Discourage Search Engines" (Tickbox)

Copy application settings when creating a staging site
Copy application settings when creating a staging site or show message reminding that application settings are not copied to staging sites which could cause differences/issues.
As an example, I had an application where Varnish was disabled but when the staging site was created it was enabled. This lead to one hour of wasted time trying to figure out why the staging site was not rendering correctly.
Perhaps users who use the staging feature frequently are aware of this and know to check but for us users who don't do this frequently, it easy not to know this or forget that…

Browser Notification When Server Job is Complete
Creating/deleting a server, cloning/deleting an application takes a few minutes sometimes more than 10 minutes.
It's a hassle to frequently check if the job is completed.
Many websites use browser notification these days.
I would be great if Cloudways has one that notifies visually or with a sound when a server job is completed.3 votes -
Please offer option to disable Push or Pull in the Staging Management.
Very needed feature is to be able to disable Push or Pull in the Staging Management. We have stopped using that feature all together because mistakes in the past have broken Live sites and we had to recover through backups, losing sales. Push is just too dangerous when clients have access to the Cloudways dashboard and many want to. It's their server. Also, late night work has led to mistakes too just out of exhaustion. But Pull would be nice in order to update the Staging site.

Support New Relic for PHP 8.2
New Relic now supports PHP up to version 8.2 (https://docs.newrelic.com/docs/release-notes/agent-release-notes/php-release-notes/php-agent-10-7-0-319/), however, per Cloudways customer support, New Relic is not yet enabled for PHP 8.2 apps. Please enable it!

varnish settings
In Application SETTINGS -> VARNISH SETTINGS I would like to be able to set which urls to cache rather than which urls not to cache. Some applications which are not supported (custom php, drupal...) are very complex and it's very long and difficult to find out all the urls where varnish create problems but it's very easy to find 3-4 urls which account for 70/90% of the traffic and which can be cached.

Multi-Site WordPress's Staging Should Have the Option to push or push only the Parent or Subsite (/directory)
Staging for a Multi-site WordPress is Nightmare. All data is pushed or pulled. What if I only want to push/pull the sub-site (/directory)?
That is a huge problem we are facing with Cloudways and there's no fix with anyone. You literally have to do everything manually which can be very very hectic for a news publisher like us as we have constant changed / uploads / posts on our website daily.2 votes -

Update the new GUI for server cloning
When cloning a server, you set the location, then set the storage block size. When you set the storage block size, the location then changes back to the default. Please either re-order the fields on the page, or do not revert the location field when enabling the storage field.
ALSO, there is not confirmation message upon server clone. When you click the button, it greys out, then comes back. Feedback is needed for such an operation.

Add Global API / Connection to Cloudflare for third-party plugins
Many many Wordpress plugins allow integration with Cloudflare CDN.
This is easily done if you are using your personal (even free) Cloudflare account. But if using the Cloudways Cloudflare Enterprise Add-On, you aren't given this option.
Most cache/optimization plugins just need the following:
- Global API Key
- Account Email
- Zone ID
This would allow for automated cache purging when updates are made to the site.
There are other plugins, like ShortPixel's Adaptive Images that can utilize almost any CDN, but can't be integrated via Cloudway's Cloudflare Enterprise.

Please have the option to change the time of billing. I have set my CC to be disabled during my sleep time. I want to be charged outside of it.

Security Vulnerability in the "Nickname" System for Administrator Users in Control Panel

Based on our experience, the email address of the administrator user is displayed by default in the "Nickname" field. This represents a significant security risk, as attackers can rely on this information to hack the website.

API endpoint for updating / creating Wordpress Users
Currently when you use the API to add a Wordpress install it generates Admin WP credentials for you (Under the Admin Panel section).
I would love to see an API endpoint where just like the "Create App Credentials" endpoint you can just change the email and password of the generated WP login. This way if you manage many different clients you don't have to manually change / add WP logins.
