Allow self-serve access to DKIM keys from the Cloudways Dashboard
Currently I have to ask support for domain specific Rackspace DKIM keys to sign emails and prevent them from going to spam. this should be available from the dashboard.

When using the Rackspace add-on with scale, it becomes crucial that individual email customers can access their emails at a management level - for example, to change the passwords associated with any/all of their email addresses. Otherwise, as the list of emails grows, the ability to manage them all efficiently and effectively is lessened.
This management could potentially be implemented via the teams functions with this flow:
Teams > +add member > Console Access [flexible] > Limited Access > Add ons > Rackspace > Select Email Addresses

Organising Rackspace Emails
Issue:
Under Cloudways Rackspace section, all the emails that have been created for various clients are in one long list. There isn't a way to list emails that belong to a particular domain or client. As the email list gets longer, it becomes a hassle to manage without some way to organise them.Suggestion/Wishlist:
The ability to organize emails similar to how servers are grouped by Projects, plus domain-based filters, would help streamline workflow management for agencies handling multiple clients with various domains.2 votes -
improved spam filtering in rackspace email accounts
Please implement better spam filtering within the cloudways/rackspace email accounts. Currently this is a major reason why I struggle to recommend the service to my clients. Rackspace themselves offer 'Premium spam and virus protection' on their own email accounts but that does not seem to be the case on the cloudways/rackspace email accounts

Show mailbox usage size
In the mailbox admin panel where it lists all the mailboxes hosted, it should show the mailbox size out of 25gb used so as an admin I can see quickly each mailbox size to ensure users stay in their quota. Right now the only way to see this is in each users mailbox, which I don't have access to.

Email Aliases For Rackspace Email
Rackspace Email has a feature I have used many times when managing Rackspace Email through Rackspace interface directly or from other resellers (such as LiquidWeb). This feature is to have Email aliases (which Rackspace does not charge a fee for) which can forrwarding to Emails outside of the domain. For example, an alias can be setup that is: "[email protected]" and that alias will automatically forward mail to some other Email address, such as [email protected] ...
