  1. Add an HLS and media delivery diagnostic

Cloudways could add a diagnostic view for sites that serve authorized HLS media. It should test .m3u8 playlists and segment requests for MIME types, CORS headers, byte-range support, cache behavior, redirects, and CDN propagation, then explain which layer is causing playback or download failures.

A public URL tester would also help site owners reproduce issues before opening a support ticket. Tools such as HLS Downloader (https://hlsdownloader.com/) depend on standards-compliant playlist and segment responses when users save media they are authorized to access, so a server-side report would make misconfiguration much easier to isolate.

  2. AI-powered website optimization suggestions

It would be really helpful if Cloudways could add an AI-powered optimization assistant directly into the dashboard. The feature could automatically analyze a website’s performance and identify areas that need improvement, such as slow-loading pages, large images, caching issues, database optimization, server configuration, and basic SEO problems.

Instead of simply showing technical metrics, the AI could explain the issue in simple language and provide actionable recommendations on how to fix it. For example, it could suggest optimizing specific images, enabling certain caching settings, cleaning up the database, or upgrading server resources when necessary.

This would be especially useful for website…

  3. AI Tools for More Flexible Cloud Workflows

Modern cloud platforms are increasingly connected to AI-driven workflows.
Agent MCP tool capabilities https://lemsubs.com/help/agent-api/mcp-tools-available-to-your-agent could make those workflows easier to understand and manage.
A clear way to view available tools would help users know what actions are possible.
It could show which services or resources an agent can interact with.
This would also make configuration less confusing for new users.
A simple capability overview could improve transparency.
Users could quickly identify supported functions before setting up an automation.
It may also help reduce unnecessary trial and error.
Clear descriptions would be useful when several tools perform related tasks.
    Permissions could…

  5. Making International Search More Accessible

Search visibility today depends on more than simply appearing in one market.
International search engine optimisation https://pearllemonseo.ca/international-seo/ can help businesses think beyond local audiences.
Different regions often search for the same information in very different ways.
Language, terminology, and search habits can all influence how content performs.
A useful approach starts with understanding what people actually need.
It is also important to consider how websites behave across different locations.
Page speed, accessibility, and a consistent experience can affect how visitors interact with content.
Clear navigation makes it easier for people to find useful information.

  7. Built-in Custom Font Preview Tool

Add a simple font preview feature where users can enter their own text and instantly see how it looks in different fonts and typography styles. It could be useful for testing headings, website titles, logos, and branding ideas before choosing a font.

The tool could also include special characters, symbols, cursive styles, gothic fonts, and other decorative text options. A copy button would make it easy to use the generated text elsewhere.

For example, a tool like https://caratterspeciali.it/ could be a useful reference for this type of feature.

  8. Cloud vs. On-Premise Chat Security: Which is right for your enterprise?

Cloud and on-premise solutions have different strengths. Cloud is often preferred for flexibility, faster deployment, and scalability, while on-premise gives organizations more control over their data, infrastructure, and security.

The choice depends on factors such as data sensitivity, security requirements, budget, customization, and compliance needs and the comparison can help you understand which approach aligns better with your organization.

In this blog https://www.mirrorfly.com/blog/cloud-vs-on-premise-chat-security/ helps me to choose my business.

  9. Astra Customizer Returns a 500 Error on Cloudways

I’m facing a WordPress issue with the Astra theme at Custom stickers and labels website https://printinbudget.com/, where the Customizer sometimes remains stuck on a loading screen and eventually returns a 500 Internal Server Error. The issue is happening on my website printinbudget.com, while the frontend continues to load normally. The problem seems to be limited to Appearance → Customize and related AJAX requests in the WordPress admin.

I cleared the browser cache and purged the available WordPress/server cache, but the issue still occurs. I also disabled optimization and minification settings temporarily to rule out JavaScript or CSS conflicts. When…

  10. Customizable Dashboard Widgets for Faster Server Management

It would be really useful to have a customizable dashboard in Site Manager where users can choose which information and widgets they want to see on the main screen.

For example, users could add or remove widgets for CPU usage, RAM usage, disk usage, bandwidth, application count, server status, backups, recent alerts, and other important information. It would also be helpful to allow users to rearrange these widgets based on their priorities.

For people managing multiple servers and applications, having a quick overview on one screen would save a lot of time. Instead of opening individual servers or applications just…

  11. Why Cloudways is a Game-Changer for Content Sites

I’ve been using Cloudways for the past few months, and so far, it has made managing multiple websites much easier. One of the things I like most is that Cloudways takes care of a lot of the technical work, including server maintenance, caching, backups, and performance optimization. That gives me more time to focus on creating content and growing my websites instead of dealing with server-related issues.

I currently run websites such as https://fontsgenerate.com on Cloudways, and the overall performance has been quite reliable. The sites load quickly, downtime has been minimal, and handling traffic spikes has been relatively smooth.

  12. Support wildcard custom hostnames (*.domain.com) in the Cloudflare Enterprise add-on

    The request:
Allow the Cloudflare Enterprise add-on to onboard a wildcard *.mydomain.com as a single custom hostname — so every existing and future subdomain of a customer's domain is served through the Enterprise edge automatically, without adding hostnames one by one.

The use case (growing fast in SEO publishing):
Many high-traffic content and software-download sites use a "keyword-first subdomain" architecture, where every article lives on its own subdomain (e.g. program-name.mysite.com). Sites like this create hundreds of new subdomains per month, automatically on publish. Individual hostname onboarding makes the Enterprise add-on unusable for this entire category of sites — there is…

  13. Improving Digital Workflows Through Better Ideas

Good digital platforms become stronger when users can share practical ideas and experiences.

Feedback is one of the simplest ways to identify what works and what could be improved.

Businesses exploring b2b telemarketing services minneapolis https://pearllemonleadsusa.com/b2b-telemarketing-minneapolis-mn/ can also benefit from reliable digital workflows and organized communication.

A useful feedback system gives people a clear place to share suggestions without making the process complicated.

It also allows others to review existing ideas before creating something completely new.

This approach can reduce repeated suggestions while encouraging more focused discussions.

Voting and community responses can help highlight the ideas that matter most to…

  14. When User Feedback Shapes Better Digital Experiences

Reading a new chapter can sometimes be a simple way to take a break from a busy digital routine.

For readers following Solo Leveling Manga Chapter 112 https://onlinesololevelingmanga.us/solo-leveling-manga-chapter-112/ the appeal often comes from seeing how a story continues to develop.

Clear feedback can help identify small issues that might otherwise be overlooked.

  15. WordPress auto disable inactive accounts

We host our WordPress website on Cloudways. We also have Cloudflare and Site Manager through Cloudways.

It would be fantastic to have better security features through Cloudways or Site Manager to monitor inactive user accounts and have them auto disable after a period of inactive i.e one month of inactive use, the account is disabled.

  16. Add a Detailed Post-Migration SEO Validation Report

After completing a website migration, Cloudways should automatically generate a detailed validation report to help users confirm that the website is functioning correctly.

The report should check for broken pages, redirect chains, missing canonical tags, sitemap errors, accidental noindex settings, HTTPS problems, mixed content, database connection issues, and major performance changes.

For example, a content-focused business website such as https://topbusinessoutreach.com/ may contain many articles, categories, internal links, images, and important landing pages. After migration, checking every page manually can take considerable time and may allow technical SEO problems to remain unnoticed.

  18. How Healthcare Service Websites Can Improve Performance and User Experience?

    Hello Cloudways Community,

I work in the healthcare industry and have noticed that website performance plays an important role for service providers. Healthcare businesses, including companies offering Dental Billing Services, need websites that load quickly, provide accurate information, and create a professional experience for visitors.

Many healthcare websites struggle with issues like slow loading speed, poor mobile performance, security concerns, and difficulty managing content updates.

Some useful improvements for healthcare-focused websites could include:

    Better website speed optimization recommendations
    Industry-specific hosting performance insights
Improved security features for healthcare websites
Easy tools for monitoring uptime and website performance
    WordPress optimization suggestions for…

  20. Unicode Text and Social Preview Checker for WordPress Websites

Unicode Text and Social Preview Checker for WordPress Websites

I would like to suggest a small but useful tool for Cloudways users who manage WordPress websites, online stores, blogs, landing pages, and social-media campaigns.

Many website owners now use Unicode symbols, decorative characters, emojis, and styled text in places such as website titles, usernames, author names, product headings, promotional banners, social-media bios, and page metadata. These characters often look fine when they are created, but they do not always display consistently after being added to a WordPress website.

For example, some characters may appear differently depending on the browser, mobile…
