Enabling CORS (cross-origin resource sharing)
Currently Cross-Origin Request is Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource
Would be helpful if we can Enable CORS

Add option to disable MySQL in the Server Management tab.
Most of my apps use dedicated MySQL servers hosted elsewhere, so having the extra overhead from just running and storing the MySQL service on the servers provisioned by Cloudways is something I want to get rid off.
Also, horizontally scaling apps also makes MySQL service redundant, since all of the servers still need access to the same database.
In essence, just add the option to disable MySQL, in the same way there is a "Disable" button next to Varnish.
Regards!

But, since the server time is different the report actually not complete & different with Magento report. please consider this.thanks

Add access to Digital Ocean Private networking / local IP
Digital ocean already provides Private networking through 10.x.x.x IP addresses for droplets in the same region. It would be very helpful to pass this setting through to Cloudways server options and control panel to more efficiently network servers.

I just deleted an APP from my server. After waiting for the process to complete, I got a message that "<Servername>: has been uninstalled."
For a jaw dropping moment, I thought my entire server was deleted! This message needs to be changed to reflect that only the APP that I actually deleted was the one removed.
Thank you!2 votes -

When we buy a space in cloud give permission to split the space for each clients. This facility will give us to permission to give login.
When we buy a space in cloud give permission to split the space for each clients. This facility will give us to permission to give login and control panel access. for example I brought a space of 25 GB, then I can split the volume into 15 + 15 +5 for my clients and give them a login to access their data.

Add an outgoing email address to the SMTP admin
It should be possible to add a default From address for outgoing emails in the server SMTP admin section. Currently they send as [app id]@[server id].cloudwaysapps.com, which can cause emails to bounce due to validation failure.

Set permissions in private_html
Apparently, in a standard php setup, I can only set permissions in the publichtml folder, but not in the privatehtml folder, even not with the permission reset button in the cp. This makes it impossible to place my cms system above publichtml. So please give us chmod possibility in privatehtml

rdiff-backup install on servers and allow access
https://www.nongnu.org/rdiff-backup/
rdiff-backup is the cousin to duplicity. However the difference is that you don't have to do regular full backups. The full is always the latest backup.
This is much better for mirroring and creating local backups.
