You keep the help button in our accounts active - otherwise its frustuating to get help and for this you loose a lot of points.
The need a hand in our accounts is not active. I have to go out of my account before I can get a chance to send in a ticket. Watch out - do no neglect those insider as you focus on the ones outside - Pity

Add servers in Spain
Many business need to have their hosting in their country. Some of them for legal or business reasons. We have +10 clients from spain and some of them have expressly requested the hosting to be located in Spain.
We are aware that even AWS offers spain based hosting, so we want to suggest Cloudways to expand the list of supported EU countries to provide availability for spain at least in some of the supported hosting providers if it is not possible to have it in Digital Ocean itself.

Multiple email senders
Please add multiple email senders to each server or application (if using elastic mail). Seriously, ecommerce website will need multiple email senders such as no-reply, orders, account. Cloudways only has 1 email senders, so what the point of advertising hosting eCommerce website here, and Cloudways hasnt thought about it? Thank you

Allow for custom backup frequency at the App level (not just server)
When a site is in dev we need to have backups done like 4x/day to ensure nothing is lost as we make progress on the site. Nothing worse than to rollback to a previous day backup and lose all work done over the past day.

Applications table status might help for many people here

Allowing Multiple Email Address to Receive Invoicing
I want to add my payables department's email address(s) to those that receive your monthly invoicing. Currently, only the account holder's email address is permitted.
By comparison, all my other WWW SaaS permits me to add more than a single email recipient for invoicing. Thx!

Add Wordfence CLI
Wordfence CLI is a new product from Wordfence which prevents the issues related to running the malware scanner inside WordPress. It would ve nice to have it integrated and scheduled via cron. https://www.wordfence.com/products/wordfence-cli/

Add filtering by text or an option to show all items per page to the application list
We are a web agency that currently has about 80 applications.
It's very difficult trying to find the right application with a pagination of 10 items per page, especially since they are in random order by default.
You should either:
A) Add live filtering by application name to the application list. And preferably filtering by server too.
B) Add an option to show all items or at least a reasonable amount of items at the time on the list, so that users could use browser's search to find the correct one. It would not make the system slower, it's much…

I can't tell you how annoying it is to only have a tiny little pop-up window to view the applications in a given server. Please make this larger, or make a separate page for apps within a server or, just allow a filter on the dashboard.

Please add alternative options instead of SSH, Git, or FTP without any commend uploads of any files. Also, add compressed and uncompressed options.

start caring about security & uptime
This is my idea --- Cloudways should start caring about security. Yes. My idea is that basic. How do I go for days not knowing that my clien'ts small local business website is redirecting to a russian domain selling crappy products?
I got NO alert. Nothing.
But this isn't all. I don't get alerts for 404s, soft 404s, 500s, nothing.
Cloudways assumes that if a page is throwing a 404 that it still up and good.
What I am asking for feels like the most basic things... things that hosting company would take care of long before hundreds of far…

Wordpress and Object Cache Update
The issue is that when I launch a new site it is launched at WordPress 6.2 and right after the launch it automatcally updates to WordPress 6.3 and for that reason the maintainance files comes up.
Also Object cache is outdated.
Please send this to the development team..

Allow Access to the Elastic Email Dashboard so that Automatic Bounce Handler Webhooks and other settings can be updated
We should be able to get access to our Elastic Email panel to adjust the settings of how our account behaves...
I need to place an email bounce handler in the settings so that my CRM can automatically update bounced emails.We should be able to configure it to work with our CRM. I use FluentCRM which has an automatic bounce handler that works with Elastic Email
There is currently no way to set the bounce handler up to automatically update my CRM when an email bounces. It uses webhooks

Auto notification (by email) when a server is down!!!!
When maintenance is done by the server provider (not by clodways), for example, vultr, it can happen that the server simply goes down and there is no notification about it. This is a critical issue! We must be notified immediately when a server goes down! This is essential!
