Feature Request: Add Solr support
Most of our other hosts (Upsun / Pantheon) for Drupal sites use Solr as that's the best supported search engine by the Drupal Community.
At the moment we end up getting clients to subscribe to separate opensolr.com subscriptions, so it would make Cloudways a nicer option.
I know you offer OpenSearch, but its a burden for us to maintain both Solr and OpenSearch integrations in our starter kit.

Option to Allow AI Bots Access Despite Cloudflare Defaults
I’d like to suggest a feature improvement regarding AI bot access through Cloudflare.
I fully understand that Cloudflare now blocks AI scrapers by default. While I don’t necessarily need direct control over these settings, I’d highly appreciate any available way to allow AI bots to access and index our website – even if it’s something that could be handled via support on request.

Allow update flow: plugins > theme > check new updates > plugins
The problem with some themes and plugins is that updates only show up after another component is updated. For example Avada theme has 2 plugins dependent on the theme, and updates are available to them only after the theme is updated. Some other themes and plugins have the same issue: available updates show up after other updates, so they won't be updated with a single run. Allow organisation to enforce 2FA for all team members
Currently, Cloudways doesn’t let organisation owners enforce 2FA for team members. Since many users on our account have access to our servers and sites, this leaves a significant security gap: a single compromised password could expose our entire infrastructure. We’d like to request an option for account owners to require 2FA for all team members at login, so that no one can access the platform without it.

Feature Request: Support SSH Key-Only Authentication Without IP Whitelisting
I would like to request a feature that allows users to enforce SSH key-only authentication on Cloudways servers without requiring IP whitelisting.
Currently, Cloudways provides the Block All IP option under Security > Shell Access, which restricts access to whitelisted IP addresses using registered SSH keys. However, this approach requires users to manage allowed IP addresses and does not provide an independent option to disable password-based authentication while allowing SSH key authentication from any IP address.
