Safeupdates on staging sites
Enable SafeUpdates on the staging side, perhaps leaving the option to choose whether to update live or staging or both.

Respect content-negotiation in Breeze
At present, Breeze does not respect content-negotiation, which impacts plugins like the Automattic ActivityPub plugin which serves different content-types from the same path depending on the "Accept" header. Instead, whatever content-type was requested first "wins". This results in either people seeing JSON instead of HTML in their browser, or Fediverse clients being served HTML instead of JSON.

More in-depth and accessible Cloudflare analytics on Cloudways interface
The Cloudflare analytics on Cloudways only shows bandwidth usage and a few other details.
It would be really helpful if there was the ability to see more stats like bandwidth used over time, by country, which pages/ resources are using the most. And bot or DDOS attack stats. All of this would help with monitoring and optimization.

For Object Cache Pro, provide an upgrade route when switching from 1Gb to 2Gb+
When upgrading from 1 GB to more RAM, it's a good idea to either:
Draw attention to the fact that Object Cache Pro is not integrated with the current assets and outline the necessary steps (migration) to get Object Cache Pro.
Establish a procedure that, upon server upgrading, instantly adds Object Cache Pro to already-existing assets.

Can use primary account email as team member for other accounts
I need to be added as a Team Member to another account, but can not because my email address is already being used for my Primary Cloudways account. If I needed to be added to multiple accounts for team member access, I currently need to supply a different email for the team member access. Then, when logging into my primary account, being able to view and manage the teams I am on (and requesting access to other teams) would be useful.

Mysql slow logs
Right now it's possible to see mysql slow logs in the dashboard of the app under Logs. However, these are truncated.
In order to be able to actually investigate and fix these issues, developers need to have access to the entire mysql slow log queries and times.I suggess to add the mysql slow log files under the logs folder, where other logs like for example php-app.slow.log reside

Whitelist IPs for the API
Like the MySQL and SFTP IP whitelisting options, the API should have a whitelisting function. Or at least the ability to see connected domains and block specific connections.
For example, if I have 1,000 client sites that use the API and just one leaks the API auth details somehow, I would need to manually change 1,000 sites immediately. But by being able to whitelist the servers the clients are on, I would have more time to change the keys, without worrying.
I want to whitelist only my servers so only my clients' websites can use the API.

Maintenance Mode for sites using CloudFlare
Display a maintenance page, or ability to redirect to another URL, when either a server upgrade is in process or when the server is not available. This feature called waiting room is available on cloduflare but not for cloudways users.

Allow Cloudflare Bot Protection with Cloudflare Enterprise
Cloudflare has a Bot Protection feature for all plans (including free), found under Security>Bots. I enable this on all my sites.
I've just started using your Cloudflare Enterprise addon for one of my sites but I understand from support that the Bot Protection isn't enabled by default and support can't enable it either.
Please consider adding this as an option where we can enable it.

Push/Pull Sites Between Staging Environments
We typically set up two "staging" environments for each of our projects (labelled Dev and Staging) in addition to the Live/Production environment. This setup is a critical part of our development workflow, allowing for internal testing and client reviews before live deployment.
Currently, the platform only supports pushing and pulling site files and databases between a Staging and Production environment. However, it would provide a significant enhancement to our workflow if we could have push/pull operations between the two staging sites (Dev and Staging).

Ability to create a staging site without cloning an application
Currently, you have to create an application and then clone it to create a staging site. For every new client we bring on we have to create 2 applications and only 1 is getting used. Would prefer to just be able to click "create new staging environment" and then start building. If we land 10 clients next month there's 20 applications and half are just in the way.
Also would be nice if we could launch a staging environment with a prebuilt version of WordPress that we have already modified and keep improving.

Allow custom application URLs upon creation
Upon creating an application it would be great to have the ability to create a custom name for the installation (example myclientsite.cloudwaysapps.com) instead of wordpress-XXXXXX-3319779.cloudwaysapps.com.
This would make it much easier to remember and more professional looking when dealing with client sites.
