Keep applications 1 click away in new interface
I've been trying out the new interface and I hate to say it, but I really don't like that Applications are always two clicks away. PLEASE KEEP APPLICATIONS ONE CLICK from any place in the interface.

Get Database credentials from API for Multi Tenant Implementation
Multi tenant implementations for saas with separate database for each user is pretty common functionality nowadays.
Cloudways must support it, even if there's no direct way to do that. Atleast make the API enough powerful so that we can do that at backend.
To achieve that automation we must need to access the database credentials of newly added application but unfortunately, there's no way to get MySQL database username/password.Please take this on high priority and allow us to get db credentials via API method.

clone with crons
I have a great website (WP Application) that requires 4 crons for it to stay updated. But when I clone this site in my Cloudways dashboard, the resulting site does not have any crons. This cloned site does not update, and requires adjustment of the complex Cron formula every time?
Please allow a "Clone with CRONS" option when I clone an Application. Thank you!

Use stricter default WordPress permissions
I think the default WordPress file/folder permissions should be the stricter options available rather than those currently used on Cloudways.

Put Application folder name next to custom Application Name in search dropdown
Oh hey man, I just had a suggestion about what we were just doing since I saw you guys changed the interface.
When you Search for an app, in parentesis the app id should be next to it.
Like (in the dropdown):

Add Supervisor job option for laravel horizon
Currently only way to add laravel horizon supervisor job is through assistance. I wish there is must be an option in UI. It will be better if we can customise supervisor command. Sometimes web socket and other services requires other commands.
It would be great if it could be added/supported. Thanks.

Clone Only Subsite
There is a suggestion from a customer who wanted to clone only the website that is present in a subfolder of the main website. As for now, we can only clone the whole website for now.

Enable system to remember last choice of server sorting on server overview page
I would strongly suggest that the console is programmed so that it remembers the users last choice in terms of sorting (e.g. sorting by "Name"), instead of it always reverting to the "Standard" sort method - which seems to be simply when the servers were added.
It is really annoying having to resort the servers every time I go into the server overview section.

Create a way to download the ElasticEmail logs without logging in to the Cloudways portal.
There needs to be a way to have the ElasticEmail logs retrieved without having to log in to the Cloudways portal.
This is an easy thing to forget to check often, and the logs are not eternal so if you forget to do it the logs are gone forever.
We use ElasticEmail at Cloudways solely for sending contact forms from WordPress websites. When a form has multiple recipients at different email domains it is very important to verify the email are being sent and, if not, to see the reason so it may be addressed.

Allow staging apps to be recover-able
Staging environments are for developing new functionalities - they are important too! That's why making them recoverable is essential. I deleted a staging env by mistake yesterday and I know how it feels like when you realised that it's not recover-able!

Please remove the "cache purge" link from Cloudflare in the /network section of the Breeze plugin.
We suggest removing the link for Cloudflare cache cleaning from the /network section in the Breeze plugin. Doing so would enhance user experience and ensure consistency across the platform, as the existing link associated with the /network section doesn't clear the Cloudflare cache.

Varnish and Redish Configuration
Hello,
UI should allow us to set Varnish TTL time more than 24 hours and Redish and Varnish memory settings and storage settings etc.
Without this how come you are a good hosting solution?
