Remove Object Cache Pro as a standard install from all new server/app builds
This is really frustrating when you clone or build a new app and it automatically enables OCP. It does nothing for dynamic websites except add an additional overhead (slowing the app down, ironically the opposite of what it is designed to do).

Multiple Backup Schedules
Provide the ability to create multiple backup schedules. For instance, be able to create a Daily backup with retention for 2 weeks...PLUS create a monthly backup with retention for 6 months.
Currently there is only the option to pick one or the other, or create an on demand backup.

create new domain with actual friendly readable names
when i create an application with the domain mygreatwebsite.com
the name of the folder created is not mygreatwebsite but instead some gubble degoop folder name, db name and all names are created by cloduways just junk and not readable or even easy to remember or spot which folder this is a serious issue which cloudwyas must resolve URGENTLY!!1 vote -

allow servers or apps to be shared to other accounts.
so end customers with their own accounts can share their server with their developer accounts. instead of the developer login and out with many different credentials. this will definitely streamline the developer's work.

Add feature to change default WP Admin email on master admin account
Hi there,
We are an agency with a large number of servers with Cloudways.
A feature we would like to request is the ability to change the default WP Admin account username/email on app set-up, without the need to change the master account email on Cloudways.
To put into context, our master account is set-up under the company director's email address (which is great for both notifications and security). However, this means his email is set-up as the default admin on new apps (and subsequently plugins that pull across the wp admin email, for example, Wordfence) - this then results…

Create cloudway school wordpress
Having an online cloudway school that teaches classes on how to configure your website, how to configure cloudflare and cloudway with the free service, optimization, database management, anti-hacking security and much more. This would add a lot of value to the services they provide and at the same time the user learns to use their tools.

Reinstate SSH tunnelling so that VSCode can Remote SSH to new Cloudways servers
Not being able to SSH to a remote server due to Cloudways disabling tunnelling means all work needs to be done via Command Line which is more time consuming due to no UI. Remote SSH (extension which uses tunnelling) in VSCode is a standard part of many devs' workflow.
This also seems to be affecting the command line and getting 'broekn pipe' disconnections when it would normally stay connected - this is even more important now that VSCode can't be used for remote SSH.

It's very frustrating to diagnose if your cronjob does not work properly. Cronjob logs are a must-have.

Update Cloudways Bot email about Cache
Update Cloudways Bot email about Cache to say something like:
Cloudy Bot Message Suggestion:
"We have detected that either you haven't configured Breeze cache, or you are using a 3rd party cache plugin."
Currently, the email is being sent out to people who haven't configured Breeze Cache properly & people using a 3rd party cache plugin instead of Breeze.
The current email message makes it sound like people who use a 3rd party cache plugin haven't configured it properly, when they have.

Show most used Application list and search at login
Would be great to have most used or last opened application list when you login to dashboard. With the new layout I always see applications that I never open, so I have to click applications, then click again to the search field.

Lengthen Backup Retention Beyond Only 4 Weeks
Due to the recent Elementor vulnerability, Cloudways customers NEED to be able to restore websites from backups longer than 4 weeks ago
We are just now experiencing issues and restoring a site did not remove the hacked code because we can only go back 4 weeks.4 weeks is not enough. We need to be able to restore servers and individuals apps from 6, 8 or 12 weeks ago.
Relying on 3rd party backup systems is not why we use Cloudways. We use Cloudways because we enjoy an all-in-one solution.
I hope the Cloudways team considers extending our backup retention…

Improve staging DB pull / push feature and user experiance
When using a staging server that's linked to the live server we have the option to push / pull data from the live server to the staging server.
If you want to select specific tables your system displays the tables in a very confusing manner/order. I'm not sure what order they are displayed in but it would be much easier and more user friendly if they we're in alphabetical order and match / similar to the table layout in the DB. We have to choose a larger number of tables and use Magento so there's lots of tables to scroll…
