Allow a role to just purge CloudwaysCDN
Please provide a role that we can assign to users who would only have access to purge the CloudwaysCDN. Or at the very lease a publicly available API that allows us to purge the CDN without having to give users more access than is necessary.
With the current dashboard's capabilities, we find it better to use AWS' Cloudfront for CDN than Cloudways' own.

timezone to use in logfiles
Would be handy to specify the timezone you would get in log files. For example apache logs are always in UTC and can be configured at the apache level.

You must Add reset permissions to application level via UX
Most times your support does any work on my behalf the permissions get messed up and then have to recontact support to set permissions to application level. This is an extremely frustrating restriction on the user and is making me consider to switch hosts. I really suggest you add a self serve option to the UX sooner rather than later.

Need to see how many inodes I use before cloudways shut down account. It is importent for us that we have a way how to see the used inodes. I asked support and thay gave me a difficult way to see this and I don't understand it.

make sure emails have the account CLEARLY marked on the emails
I am receiving billing emails that tell me invoices paid BUT not linked to an account -- I have over 6 accounts to manage and have NO idea whicj account is being referenced -- thanks

Automate auto purge for Cloudways CDN
Breeze cache has a feature for automatically purging the cache after x minutes. This feature should also be added to Cloudways CDN so that you don't have to do it yourself. Most of the time, I forget to purge the CDN cache which i think other people forget to do as well, therefore this would be a nice feature.

For this, refer to the Rackspace documentation (https://support.rackspace.com/how-to/set-up-dns-records-for-cloud-office-email/).
Note that you do not need to update the DNS records everytime you add an additional mailbox on the domain: xxxxx.xxxx

Enable less strong *staging site* passwords
Hi
I notice that recently you have put in place tools which force a strong username and password for staging sites. Previously the username and password could be anything at all.
I'd like to suggest that you should roll back this change. Although (of course!) I am wholly in agreement that passwords should be strong in almost all cases, I believe that staging sites should have an option for this not to be the case.
Why?
Mainly - because the most obvious use case here is for sharing with a client. Whereas we could previously have for instance "demo" and…

A "Buckets" storage option

On Google Cloud Platform they also have Storage "Buckets" which are a far cheaper way to store lots of data. You can also store multiple Terabytes.
My suggestion is that Cloudways offers a "Buckets" storage option.2 votes -

create a managed upgrade/downgrade solution for MySQL updates via server backup.
ie backup entire server before upgrading MySQL, so that restore of entire server is possible (inc older MySQL version) if something goes wrong with the upgrade. I understand this would be chargeable but it would save the stress levels for many a web dev

Ability to specify an email address for cron output / errors
Per application be able to specify where cron output should be emailed to. The default (application mailbox) method is not useful since there is no IMAP/POP support
