confirmatio mail
My verification mail does not arrive, I already tried different emails, I left message on the support and nothing. They seemed like a good company, but the support is lacking, and the registration system is very bureaucratic. If you can not even activate a subscription, how can I trust that they will take good care of my site. I found it very unkind, they lost a client. It seems that they are not even interested in selling.

a way to set haproxy.config for load balancing
i want to be hosting javascript apps , but i need seo so i am using prerender.io's haproxy's settings , but i cant set it on the dashboard

Make server sharing work again
Please make it possible to access a server from multiple accounts, or allow me to use the same email address to access multiple accounts. I keep using up my email addresses to start client projects and can't re-use them.

Simple Interface improvement...for bandwidth utilisation.
In the Server Monitoring page:
https://platform.cloudways.com/server/*yourservernumber*/monitor
Bandwidth used per month is currently stated alone. It would be much easier if bandwidth used was expressed as a fraction or a percentage of the total bandwidth available on the existing server package.
Eg.
Bandwidth usage this month is X GB of Y Gb available. X/Y x 100 = Z% used.

Suggestion: Add 'mailhog' service to servers

MailHog is very handy if it comes to development. It catches every sent mails and shows them on a web interface.It would be nice if one could enable/disable MailHog like other services for development purposes.

Ability to add Custom Hostname for each of the servers
Ability to add Custom Hostname for each of the servers. I love this platform but websites that I host, I don't have access to domains and adding A record is a headache. If there was a way to add a hostname for each server would cut down on changing clients to do changes themselves.

Let users designate an install path for Add Application
I have an existing application, and I'd like to add a Wordpress installation to a subdirectory. (eg: myapplication.com/blog )
Why can't I specify an install path in the Add Application area?

Database settings available as environment variables
It would make site configuration much simpler if the configuration for an application's database host, user and password could be retrieved from the application's environment rather than having to cut'n'paste and hard-code them into configuration files in the document root.

Better overview for rackspace email accounts
Please consider to expand the overview for your rackspace addon. Now I can see just the list of the email accounts, but not what aliases, forwards and other basic settings for each email account.
Your Support is so far so great and quick like a charm, but do you really need this extra work like asking each time which aliases is set and which is not working and so on? This a lot work for you, and I have also to manage all this information in an extra sheet too.

Allow the option to create a project while creating and app
n some cases we've forgotten to create a project before setting up the app, and would be nice to have to option to create one on the spot and assign it to the app that's being created.

Remove 3 character minimum from application and project names
In our case we often use 2 letter client codes for project names (e.g. AB) and it becomes a problem when naming projects and apps. Even reducing to a 2 character minimum would be ideal.

DNS Made Easy management
I suggest you to change SOP and add an ability to manage DNS records.
We use paid DNS Made Easy and can not manage it ourself and we can not make edits in real time. It's ridiculous.
If the SOP does not meet the needs of customers - it needs to be changed, otherwise you will lose customers.5 votes -
Add email system to install in 1 click
Similar to it's with Wordpress, Magento, Laravel... We could be able to install Horde and SquirrelMail in an application.

You should let the users host their emails in the servers
I'ts unbelievable First of all you don't let users open as many email address as they want so forcing us to pay an extra fee of $1 monthly per email address or look around another email provider for host the emails then when you pay the extra fee per email address you can't migrate your emails yourself because the company use a 3rd party service and you have no access to a control panel to manage your services with them because you sign up through cloudways so you are forced to pay a migration fee of $10 per email address…

Setup simple email or slack notification when CPU, Memory, or Bandwidth Usage Exceeds ___% for ___ minutes
Add the ability for us to sign up for email or Slack notifications when CPU, Memory, or Bandwidth usage exceeds _% for _ minutes. This idea came from a similar feature on Digital Ocean.

Allow application credential to overwrite files owned by master credential
So, I created an application credential for a client to their HTML based website. The client reports back that they can add new folders and add new files but can't overwrite the original file.
This is because the application credential can't edit files owned by the master credential. I had to reach out to Cloudways support to assist on this.Could we have an option to allow application credential to overwrite the files owned by master credential?
