Update FFmpeg 3.2 to version 4.0
Having checked with Support team, they suggested that i post a request here.
The current version of FFmpeg supported on the Cloudways platform is v3.2. I would like to request that this is updated so that we have the option to use Version 4.0 since this is the latest version (at time of posting) and contains a number of fixes and new features.

Unique IP per site installed on server
The ability to add a unqiue IP to each site on a server.

Multiple from email address on the same application
Using Magento with mutiple stores on the same magento instance, it's impossible to set different "from" email address for each site when using elastic email

redirect users back to where they were before session timeout
As a developer, i am continously pushing changes via git deployment interface, but throughout the day my session ends and i am logged out.
When i log back in i have to go finding my application and git screen again.
It would be great if the cloudways interface could remember where i was when the expired session logs me out, and when i log back in it remembers then i can perform the git pull i tried to do before i was logged out.
Or better yet an option to set my own timeout values as that kind of security…

Make the application default folder name the same as the project name
This would be really helpful, I have several websites and the folders are all named as random strings - it's confusing as hell and difficult to find the correct project quickly!

Breeze needs to purge CDN
I agree with previous posts ... Breeze must purge everything, including a CDN. This functionality should not only purge the Cloudways CDN, but also any CDN that is compatible with Breeze.
This is a MUST for a speed development workflow.

European mailprovider
Adding an European mailprovider for GDPR purposes.
Rackspace is no good option because of the mailserver location. So no option is available except external ones like gSuite or Windowsmail/365.

Add Database Server like RDS for multi server applications.
Multi-server applications are very common these days.
Example: Application files on one server and Database on another server like RDS.

a feature to include, that would be helpful to see how much a single application on the server is costing from other deployed applications
We are running more than one application in a server. So, it would be pretty much helpful if we could know which application is costing how much!

Find App and Server based on the URL
On the page where all the applications are listed under my account;

(This page already has a button which takes you to app URL)It would be great to have the application link (URL) listed here as well.
Using this it would be really easy to find a server which has the application with a particular URL.

720 Permissions on app creation Issues
There was an infrastructure update that defaults files/directories to 720 permissions. Now FTP users no longer see any of the files or directories because of these permissions. Chat support's "solution" is to use the "reset permissions" function, which will then change the permissions of files and directories to 770.
First, why were the default permissions changed from 664/755, to 720? I've never seen this configuration before, so it seems odd to me.
Second, why is this a two step process for FTP users to gain access to the public_html directory? The default application permissions should MATCH the "reset permissions" permissions.

Provide settings to configure logging to a remote syslog server (+TLS)
We use a centralised syslog server to monitor our sites. We are unable to link our Cloudways servers to this as we do not have root / sudo access to our own servers which is frustrating. Please can you add settings to the platform to allow us to configure logging to a remote syslog server (with TLS).

Have integration from Github or Docker - eg Assetnote integration from my github
I want to run a project called Assetnote etc which does passive DNS enumeration which runs on a virtual server
I want to know if 1) there is already an instance running I could copy the content eg certain dependencies needed to run it
2 If we can clone from a github repo or load from docker image to set up the server - people typically run Assetnote on Digital ocean its a python based program with a web frontend.

.ico for this feedback site needs to be more in sync with Cloudways branding but still remain a tad different to the normal Cloudways sites
Hard to tell which tab is for what when you can't see the title text with lots of tabs opened. It becomes crucial for tab icons to instantly and easily identify which tab is for which set of pages. Console should have its own .ico like a lighter blue colour, and a different icon for this feedback site.
