Team Member permission to include Adding New Team Members
Only our tech director can currently add new 'Team Members'. We're in a variety of countries and can't always ask the tech director.
We need to be able to have other 'Primary Team Members' be able to add their own 'Team members'. ie, better permissions.

Add rewriting support for static files
Currently any rewrite rules setup in .htaccess are only applied if a static file doesn't exist at that URL. It makes it impossible to implement host and HTTPS redirection on static files. Either make it possible for .htaccess rewrites to work on static files, or add the ability to configure nginx rewrites as well.

More Info in Deployment Logs
Deployment via Git is an awesome feature! As a significant improvement to it, I would love to see more detailed information in View deployment logs section. For example, to see a list of updated files or actions done on the server during the deployment.

Simpler sign-in with Google
At the moment Google sign-in is there and works, but can be improved for a smoother dashboard experience. There are 2 things which can be improved upon:
- the session doesn't last after the CloudWays browser tab is closed. If CloudWays got a oauth token from Google platform, it should keep the session until the token is revoked or manual log out
- using too many permissions. At sign-in time only the profilebasic and profileemail should be requested, simplifying the login process. When someone tries to use Google Sign-In, they first choose the account, then approve the app (CloudWays), then…

Add a Quick-Tour for new users
I would like to suggest a quick-start-tour and/or more info bubbles explaining/defining each option and fill-in box.
I'm a new customer I was lost when setting up my first server. The process is simple and straight forward, but I didn't understand what were applications, servers, projects and how they related to each other.
Applications I figured were wordpress installs, magneto installs, etc. But how was the application name going to be used? is it going to be directory name for the application install on the server or is it just the name used to manage and organize things on cloudways…

WordPress as a Service - WaaS
It would be great if there was a WaaS WP environment where I could Launch a server with My main WordPress membership site where I sell preconfigured WordPress installations that already have Theme/Plugin setups.
The idea would be to automate the deployment of a WordPress install that I have already setup, and assign it a subdomain and SSL once a customer has made a purchase
The automated process would go something like this:
1) My customer would place an order for a preconfigured WP Install.

Varnish exclude PHP Sessions
Hi Cloudways,
You already offer pages and cookie exclusions from Varnish settings. But you should also consider PHP Sessions for this exclusion.
We often add a get parameter in our Google Ads, and when visitors go to our website, we would like to store this parameter in a PHP Session and post it on a form when they get in touch.
Now we need to turn of Varnish completely.

Serving adaptive optimised images from the CDN to the users respective device
A plugin/feature to serve up optimised image sizes to a viewers respective device, but served from the CDN like 'ShortPixel Adaptive Images' plugin is experimenting with.

Allow disabling of weak SSH key exchange algorithms
PCI Compliance now regards weak ssh key exchange algorithms as a liability. There should be a way to disable them. It's fairly easy to set up in open-ssh: https://infosec.mozilla.org/guidelines/openssh#Configuration

Add "auto_prepend_file" to enable WordPress WAF (Web Application Firewall) plugins
Add "autoprependfile" to enable WordPress WAF plugins such as Wordfence, Ninja Firewall, iThemes Security etc.
It would be ideal to have this option at the app level (under application settings) in order to configure a different WAF per installed app, but if that's not possible for now it's ok to have it at the server level (under server settings).

Force 2FA for Team Members
As account owner, I can setup 2FA on the main account, but I can't force my team members (some of whom have full access) to do so. This obviously creates a security loophole.
