2. Allow to add additional IP address

   Here is the idea, let say I have 2 websites that have different location of target visitors, for e.g: Website A is intended for visitors from South East Asia, and Website B intended for visitors from Central America, as you know there are timezone different approx 12 hours..

   Note: Both websites has a quite huge visitors >5,000/day. And let say I have server DO with 2 GB RAM already that cost $34/month. Rather than buy another server 2 GB RAM, I would prefer to buy additional IP address that might cost me $2/month. and I would not bother with the server load issue, since the peak time for those 2 servers must be different, while on the night on south east asia, visitors from central america will get the 2GB ram allocation and while midnight on central america, visitors from south east asia will get 2GB ram allocation too.

   I know vultr, linode and probably the others provide the additional IP address.

3. Queue for API tasks (API multitasks)

   Currently if I need to:

   1. Clone
   2. Set label
   3. Set Domain
   4. Set Aliases
   5. Set SSL
   6. Set something else...

   for the same application, I have to control the queue remotely, which is hard to implement since the connection may be simply lost and as a result we may simply not get any task completed at all.

   It would be just great if we could send you several requests on the API at the same time and see the result of the whole queue.

   /clone -> response with future appid
   /label for appid -> ok (200)
   /domain for appid -> ok (200)
   /aliases for appid -> ok (200)
   /SSL for app_id and given domain -> ok (200)
   and so on

   And as a result - we could have some general operation ID which will controll all added to the queue operations.

   I have a wordpress multisite application. I'm allowing people to register and create their own subsites (sub-domains) on this network.

   Under the Application Management > Domain management, I have added *.mynetwork.com and all the sub-domains are working automatically once they are created, without adding them manually. I love that feature and hope to have the same robust feature when adding new additional domains to the same application!

   Infact, that's my main problem (Domain mapping & the limited number of domains allowed per single application by Cloudways):

   Here's what I mean, Inorder to map a new domain name to subsite (sub-domain) on my network, first I have to point that domain using A record then I need to add the domain name to my application under (Additional Domains).

   I was told that each application can have a maximum of 100 domains added under (Additional Domains). In my case, my network will have more than a 100. As the network grows, more domains need to be mapped and therefore, I need the ability to add/map unlimited domains to my application. That is a BIG ISSUE!

   On a Multisite network, all sites will share the same application & database, so If I create new applications just to add more domains, these applications will still have separate installations & a separate database. And the goal is to have all the sites created under my network so I can have a better control and manage all the sites in one place.

   The core of my business relies on this feature so I hope you can help me find a solution or have that feature added soon :/

5. Make it easier to switch views

   Can you please make it so that I can click on the words "SERVERS" and "APPLICATIONS" to switch, instead of only on the tiny actual switch?

8. Add Parse Server as an option

   Having an option to use Parse Server (http://parseplatform.org/) would be a killer feature for Cloudways. An ultimate alternative to firebase for a real-time database. With 15k stars and more than 180 contributors in Github is one of the best choices you can have. And it is possible and easy to install in a linux based server

9. Allow GIT Deployment to private_html

   Currently, the ability to deploy directly from GIT is limited to the publichtml folder. In our case, our application is housed in privatehtml. It would be great if we had the option to deploy from GIT directly to the private_html folder.

12. Fix password change system

    At the moment, when signing up there is no limit to password length, but when changing a password, it is limited to 20 characters. This results in the "old" password not being recognised correctly, presumably as it's looking for a password of maximum 20 characters.

    So if you create a password with more than 20 characters as your first password, you can't change it without logging out and doing "forgotten password". Rubbish!

13. Purge cache for varnish only the updated content

    Hello,

    Please do some solution for magento 2 website like, varnish will purge only outdated content not the whole website! this way our performance is decreasing for large ecommerce website!

    This is very important requirement for us.

15. extend CloudwaysBot messages with domain names or application names when messaging about failed backups or sending similar notifications

    It's not helpful to get a message about failed backups when you have multiple applications. Instead, having the message include the domain of the application in which the error occurred would be a huge timesaver.

    Please consider opening up the option of using Google servers in Brazil. Google recently launched up a data center in Sao Paulo.

    I already know you offer Amazon in Sao Paulo but Google may be cheaper ;)

20. Allow NGINX to work in all but specified folders

    I had crushed in a user case which required to manage file permissions via .htaccess RewriteRules, with files physically available inside web-visible folders instead of logic-protected folders, so I had been forced to have CloudWays disable NGINX for my server.

    Instead, it would be nice to have a panel where to configure specific folders with Apache-based file serve, instead of NGINX-based.
