Use Cloudways app name instead of app url in New Relic
At the moment the identifier that's sent through to new relic is "woocommerce-000000-0000000.cloudwaysapps.com" which makes it really hard to monitor 130 sites as I don't know which site is which. It would be great if there was a way to make it the primary domain instead.

When an ongoing technical ticket does not require customer response, do not prompt customer response
Currently, I have a ticket pending. One of your genius engineers is hard at work trying to fix something for me. (Awesome.) However, I get an email quite often saying:
"Hi there,
This is an automated e-mail to remind you that request (#XXXXXX) is pending at your end and awaits your feedback.
This is an automated system which would mark this ticket solved if not replied within next 24 hours. Please update the ticket if required. Otherwise, this ticket would be marked as solved due to no reply.

Option to turn off offsite backups
Can you have an option to turn off offsite backups for the server? I love the function, it's just that we need the option to choose. Also this is not stated in the pricing section, so it is kind of misleading and unclear. It is like a hidden cost, which is not good for Cloudways reputation. You can check this on Reddit too, people think that having no option to turn off offsite backup is not good.

Add CDN support for Prestashop
At the moment, the CDN feature isn't working 100% for Prestashop apps, there are some CORS issues which prevent fonts from loading properly.

Let us create staging/clones for multiple sites/applications at once
When we perform site care monthly for 100+ sites, having to wait for each staging to build before spinning up staging for another site slows everything down a lot.
I'd love to be able to select multiple applications and initiate creation of a staging or clone at once so I can set up the sites for that day without having to check back in every few minutes to start the next staging site.

I know there is a subdomain ultimate tutorial

However, it uses subdomain as example.I have searched a lot about setting up the subdirectory multisite on Cloudways, just don't have a great answer.

Sorting of rackspace emails
I've got a growing list of domain based email accounts, and I can't manage these in anyway with the Rackspace emails. Whilst the service is great value, I need to be able to see available space per account and at least sort the email address by domain, etc. We're pretty much blind right now

Delete and or Stop Log files
One endless loop and your sever stops because the server disk space is full as a massive log has just been created. You cannot delete these log files! You have to go to support and get them to delete.

Show Two factor Auth status on Team page.
Users can turn on two-factor authentification in their account.
But there is currently no way to see if the team members you have in your team have enabled it. It makes it impossible to enforce two-factor auth and poses a security risk.Suggestion: Show "2FA enabled" next to team members that have enabled it on the Team page.

Email pdf copy of invoices
It would be benficial to have our invoices emailed to us. As a business owner the time taken to login and download invoices is time consuming.

Allow us to reorder / change the order of the applications
When you connect to the Cloudways plateform, you go to the Applications section. There, it would be really nice if we could be able to slide up/down the applications, so that we could modify the order of the applications.

Cron job email notification from server
We want cron job notification for each run configured in cron job notification. Currently there is no way to get alert for success or failure. We don't want to configure in our application /programming to get email. Its similar like we have in Cpanel account, that send email to account user email configured.
