An error occurred while saving the comment I found this method, which has been implemented on Hostinger https://stackoverflow.com/questions/12561203/how-to-change-php-version-in-htaccess-in-server but I don't know if it is currently compatible with Cloudways.

An error occurred while saving the comment Right now, deploying default folder structure of Symfony is somewhat difficult. With a custom setup, managed by Cloudways, you could make public files go to public_html and the rest to private_html.

You may find lots of insights if your account has New Relic (Lite version) enabled, by going to APM > choose the website > Monitor > WordPress Plugins and themes. Anyway, it would be interesting that Cloudways consume New Relic API.
