4. Cron job URL open and close quotes for URL that has ampersand

   Right now when setting up basic cron job with the type selection curl, the URL does not accept open and closing quotes that have an ampersand sign. I was having issues running basic cron jobs because the URL that had an ampersand sign, it escaped everything after that.

   For example:
   In the below URL when the basic cron job is setup, it escapes everything after &.
   http://example.com/pages/link?id=1&name=josh

5. Provide verbose SSL/LetsEncrypt Logs or Error Messages

   If you manage a lot of domains on a single application it's not possible to see which are preventing a renewal/request without contacting support.

   It would be good to have a text box result, or even a live console/trace view for the certificate renewal process (as if I was doing it in certbot/console myself) in order to diagnose issues.

8. To be able to download the most recent backup locally from remote location eg: amazon bucket etc

   Give access to remote location to download a freshly created backup directly without the need to talk to support and ask to transfer the backup from eg: amazon bucket to the server and download it, thus consuming server recources like bandwidth, cpu / ram etc.

9. Support for Vary: Accept header in Cloudflare

   By default, Cloudflare works to cache objects based on the URL. This prevents image optimization plugins from working, because there may be different images at the same URL - depending on whether the browser supports the format. The idea is that Cloudflare also takes into account the Accept header sent by the browser. In every hosting plan you have Cloudflare Enterprise. In the paid version of Cloudflare, this can be easily configured.

   Here is the working principle of the idea I am talking about:

   In order to properly configure Cloudflare, you must make such a request to the API:

12. Make Username in WP Admin Panel editable

    It is important to enable the ability to edit usernames within the Admin Panel of a WordPress application. This becomes particularly crucial during site migration, as the default user account generated based on the user's CW email ID may no longer be necessary. As a simple solution, uust having the Username field editable as the Password field is in this section would suffice.

14. Allow access to update/view/create supervisor configuration

    I'm currently using Symfony for my application and really like supervisor to consume messages I need to process.

    The problem I have at the moment is the UI is very Laravel orientated not giving much flexibility.

    I currently need to contact support every time I need to create, update or view existing processes which can be time consuming.

    Can we grant an advanced option to allow us to configure our own processes?

15. Keep customers informed when there is a known issue that could affect their websites

    Just posting the support question I just had:

    Today one of my site's SSL did not automatically renew, resulting in SSL errors. Although relatively minor, this has been an ongoing issue. I depend on the auto-renew to work.
    But in addition to that lapse, is that I'm used to receiving an email notification informing me that the SSL is about to expire, usually within a few days to a week to expiration. I did not receive any notice resulting in the "downtime" my client experienced.

    I just wanted to inform you - because this has happened a few times, and each time I'm assured that everything will auto-renew.

    However what's different now, is that I'm also no longer getting notified of the expiration. So I don't feel confident in relying on Cloudways to keep me informed, and I must find other ways to keep track of the SSL expirations/renewals on my own.

    Apologize for the inconveince you have faced but we are currently facing SSL renewal issues and our engineering team is working on it and also due to the bot notification is also effected that is why you did not receive the notification of auto renewal, when this issue will be resolved it you will be receiveing the notifications and the auto renwal will work.

    I know it's not a major DDOS level of issue, but it's just a little annoying given that it is such relatively small/simple thing.
    Ok and I understand that now - but it would be prudent for Cloudways to have some backup notification system in place that could have informed me that CW was experiencing these issues, and that I should take a look at expiring SSLs to make sure everything continues to run smoothly.

    Yes I completely understand regarding this, but as of now I cannot be sure, though but when the Renewal issue will be resolve they will send an email though, as this is a global issue we all are facing.

    Well, I was able to renew it manually myself and the site is back online. But I shouldn't have to contact support to find out about this now, if it was known that this was an issue earlier today.

    Well, my issue is more so the lack of communication that CW was experiencing an issue in the first place. That's all I wanted to say. I should know that there is an SSL issue before I have to contact support.

17. Allow application cloning to be done without copying of symlinks which causes process to fail

    Currently if you are using a zero-downtime deployment structure with symlinking of current active directory the cloning process fails. I am proposing an option to ignore symlinks so the directories are copied over still but will need to be symlinked again. Or improve the process to map the symlinks from one application path to another.

19. Remove cloudways bot false positive alerts. Server down alerts should only trigger when a server is actually down
