  1. Offer a clickable facility to select a range of invoices and download to the customer's computer. Necessary for tax calculation

  2. Login to Wordpress as Admin with 1-Click

    I like how Plesk WordPress Toolkit allows logging into WordPress admin with 1 click, instead of needing to copy and paste login info.
    This is especially useful when hosting multiple Wordpress websites

    Now its bad that it always shows the default Cloudways admin login even after migrating or changing the login.

    also, allow changing admin login from the dashboard.

  3. Exclude servers from sending cloudways bot notifications

    I don't need notifying when my staging servers are running low on resources. Please add a way to silence notifications from certain servers while leaving them enabled for others.

  4. SQL Migration Guru

    Having no option but to use the latest version specially on the database side part, hopefully you will provide some migration guide or help for some lower or other version of SQL server. Like for example on our end, MariaDB is throwing Error 1349 wherein it is fully acceptable on MySQL 5.7.19. This is now becoming a major factor on us availing your service.

  7. Capped Storage For Applications

    Set limits for storage for specific or all applications.

    This will help digital agencies manage their hosting platforms for multiple websites.

    I, for example, have one client who is uploading a lot of photos and is using a huge portion of the space (6GB in fact!) I'd like to limit this app so that others don't lose out on space.

  8. Configure email generated from the server to allow it to go through

    The cpanel currently accepts configuration values for SMTP that get carried through to postfix (or whatever), but do not allow us to set a custom From: header. As a result, nearly every SMTP relay will reject the message.

    Workarounds include generating email from PHP (usually via PHPMailer) or on the command line using mail -r "[email protected]". However by default, without any workaround, email generated by the system (such as using the MAILTO= in a crontab) will simply fail.

    I've not encountered a server stack before that takes in SMTP configuration for the server but fails to take in…

  10. Slow HTTP DoS (Denial of Service) Attack

    Your all web servers are vulnerable to Slow HTTP DoS (Denial of Service) attacks.

    Slowloris and Slow HTTP POST DoS attacks rely on the fact that the HTTP protocol, by design, requires requests to be completely received by the server before they are processed. If an HTTP request is not complete, or if the transfer rate is very low, the server keeps its resources busy waiting for the rest of the data. If the server keeps too many resources busy, this creates a denial of service.

  11. REAL wp multisite app, instead of misleading single wp install now

    CLOUDWAYS multisite app is very misleading!
    it is not a multisite at all, but a single wordpress install!
    so we still need to do all multisite configurations ourselves!
    please make it a real multisite, completely configured as multisite!

    a nice option would be REAL multisite + woocommerce preinstalled

  12. whitelist

    Please add Remark Option with Whitelist IP address in Server Security Section. Right now its difficult to find out which IP is pointing to external important server and which is IP is added for temporary use. Deleting an IP by mistake can take us into trouble as some live App IP's are listed in Whitelist IP list.

  13. add elasticsearch settings to "SETTINGS & PACKAGES - ADVANCED"

    Under "SETTINGS & PACKAGES - ADVANCED" various parameters can already be adjusted today, e.g. for PHP and MySQL.
    Please add "ElasticSearch".
    e.g. the parameter: "indices.query.maxclausecount."

    Note: between the parts
    max clause count is always a _
    Unfortunately this is changed in the view to italic text.

  14. Better explanation: ATTACHING WARNING.

    The first waring says something about cloning the server.
    In a chat with support, they mentioned:
    "it is saying that once you increase that you can't revert that and you may need to clone your server if you wanna revert block storage"
    That explains the first warning more clear think.

  15. Provision for setting time at which the cron job would run

    Currently, we can configure job and configure common settings at which it would run.

    However, I can not set at what time it would run. For small application developers like me, it is important for me to make sure that such heavy lifting cron jobs should run at idle time, like at midnight or early morning.

    Providing such an option would be just great.

  16. New Staging - Selected Tables only, specific option for Woocommerce

    The new staging push/pull for selected tables is a great step forward, but with Woocommerce there are many entries into wpposts post meta etc which are all required, but if editing a store, we may not want to push all of wpposts and only woo orders or products. A custom query should fix this?

  19. Create email warning if disk space goes lower than what's needed to restore from backup

    If I do not have enough space on the disk to restore from backup then it should disable the UI restore button and send an email or warning to scale up the disk space.
