Make server settings and packages transferrable or export/importable
Context: You don't provide root access or downscaling for Digital Ocean, Lincode, or Vulture servers (3/5 of your providers). Also, you only provide 1-1 or upscaled server cloning for these providers.
Use case: I scaled up my Digital Ocean development server to handle a taxing dev. After I cloned the completed app to my production server, I had to:
- Create a new, smaller DO server
- Readjust all of my server settings, packages, and customizations
- Clone each dev app individually.
Alternative: Since you provide automated workarounds for your lack of root access, provide a similar, automated workaround for "downscaling" servers.

Server Settings Default
Make it if you don't add a number character to one of your 'Server Settings' it should just save as DEFAULT. At the moment you need to add a character in order to save your settings. I want to be able to change a certain server setting back to default but there is no option.

Give color to the url text or background of a staging site to give a visual indication that you are working in the staging envornment
When working in a staging environment it is difficult to know visually if you are really there. At best the only way to know currently is to remember the cloudways assigned url. I suggest that coloring the url text or background of the url yellow (or any other color) would make it easier to know what environment one is working on. I know there is a wordpress plugin that does this so if it can't be done via the url text or background maybe some other way.

Set up application-level email, including Staging
When we make a copy of our site for staging testing, this copy retains transactional email sending functionality, which should not occur, as while the copy is for testing only and there are no changes to your database, it should not sending emails, or at least we have the option to block them,
because if we have the copy for many hours we get two sites sending emails to customers at the same time. It would be a great term for an easy way to block, as the email add-on is server-level, and this complicates a bit.1 vote -
Remove outdated documentation / support articles
Suggest removing older version of documentation on a topic -or- refer to the newer version -or- state in the most recent version what has changed. Example: The Lets Encrypt documentation has changed. The 2018 and older version talks about having to setup a DNS _acme-challenge record. The 2019 version does not mention the need for it (I like that!). But ... which version is the correct one? One would assume the latest but we all make mistakes so clarity through simplification (remove old docs) would be appreciated! Btw, Lets Encrypt feature is great!

Multiple IP addresses assigned to a server
I would love to have the option to assign multiple IP addresses to a server, so we can have different apps each on its own IP, on the same server. Right now, we have to boot up a new server (multiplying the costs) each time we need a new IP for an app.

Separate Applications by Server
My main server has a lot of applications, close to 100 which included the Staging apps as well as the apps for the main sites. I created another small server with the idea that I can clone/stage my main apps from my main server on to the new small server and have visual separation. When I clicked on the server link at the top, I selected the new server I created thinking that if I did that, I would be in that server's folder/UI. Cronjob not user and application friendly
We are happy with cloudway support and services. But i found a major drawback there with cronjob setup. We can't setup cronjobs there as command line. Like in cakephp project we need to run console command like Console/cake Marketplaces runshellcommand, But it doesn't accept it, Now a days all frameworks need a console command to run for cronjob, But this feature not available there.

Make it easy to switch from other providers
I have an account with another managed service provider and I'm interested in switching to CloudWays.
The server is Vultr, and I have quite a few sites with them. Based off chat w/ support, there is no easy way to do this.
Since I have quite a few sites there, the level of effort to switch to CloudWays is putting me off from doing so.
I already use CW for one of my servers, and it'd be nice to consolidate, if the migration process would be easier.

Permit 2nd credit card (as a backup)
Allow admin to add 2nd credit card (as a backup) in case of expiry date issue with primary card. Adding funds option is not a sufficient fallback here on mission critical services.

I wish we could install Tesseract-OCR into our server so we can use it.

Elastic Email sending logs automatically & longer date range
Please add possibility to download the log-file directly manually or send it automatically.
and with longer range backwards.

SSL Session Cache
Add the ability to turn on sslsessioncache.
Gives a speed boost for but also cuts down overheads for not having to request new keys every time a page request is made.
This is a pretty standard option, it shouldn't cause any conflicts as can be set individually on drops.
This is one line for a quick gain...current SSL testing is failing on this point.

Multiple webroots per single application
More advanced PHP applications can have multiple webroots accessed via different subdomains. For example, one is the public website for customers (www.mydomain.com) and another for the staff (accounts.mydomain.com).
For example, Cloudways is advertising support for Yii Framework (https://www.cloudways.com/en/yii-hosting.php). This framework implements the mentioned architecture in the following way:
There are "frontend" and "backend" modules in the application directory and each of them has a separate webroot. The configuration could look like this:

2FA with Whitelisting
For those with 2FA, allow someone to whitelist their work ip address for XX days, so that 2FA is only required when time expires or access is from a new ip.
