Provide an Edit feature for the admin panel URL path name
Vendors (magento) recommend changing the control panel name from "admin" to something else, it would be great if you can provide an edit facility so we can modify the admin URL so that we can launch the control panel from within cloudways as it only permits the default control panel name.

Allow changing of "Access Details" (i.e. username/password) for applications in the Cloudways panel
Allow changing of the username/password of applications in the "Access Details" section of an application in the Cloudways portal. When servers are transferred to other people, the original email address is listed, which is a problem. I would like to be able to change the information that is displayed so that the client that receives the transferred server can access their account information, as the default information displayed is incorrect in many cases.

Easy Google G Suite Integration (as SMTP gateway)
Being able to easily integrate G Suite (Google Apps) would be great. We have all of our email setup through G Suite and it is a popular email service. Like the SMTP add-on, but for G Suite.
This goes hand and hand with being able to access the DNS add-on directly.
I don't mind paying extra, but the way things are setup is really confusing.

Implement NIXStats as alternative to New Relic which is no longer free
Hi,
Since New Relic is no longer free to use it's no longer possible to see detailed server health in a dashboard view. A free alternative would be NIXstats. https://nixstats.com
I've tested it on one of my own servers and it looks very promising.
Please add this to the CW approved tools.13 votes -
Offer additional Server Monitoring choices
Integrate additional 3rd party monitoring tools eg: Site24x7, NixStats, Anturis.
NR works I think, but it's not the easiest dashboard to monitor.

App-level resource monitoring
I'd really like to see the ability to review stats/monitoring on a per-app basis. If we have, say, 5 WP sites running on a server but the server is slow, MYSQL is crashing, etc then we'd be able to check the app monitoring and see which apps are launching processes that are eating up the most RAM/CPU, disk space, and so on. Would help in diagnosing and give us a clear indication of which app needs to be isolated on its own server.

Default wordpress config
Please consider modifying the default wordpress wp-config file to include. I have had to manually add that to every install so that visitor IP's are showing up correctly.
if ( isset( $SERVER[ "HTTPXFORWARDEDFOR" ] ) ) {
$SERVER[ 'REMOTEADDR' ] = $SERVER[ "HTTPXFORWARDEDFOR" ];

Add ability to set ServerTokens configuration in Apache
Often there is a desire by security teams not to expose verbose information about the versions of software and operating system running on a system. It would be great if the ServerTokens and ServerSignature configuration items were available to silence or minimize the information given. The motivation here is to prevent handing an attacker information about what older exploits might apply or not to your server.

DNS Made Easy - failover records
I am pleased to see that Cloudways offer a "DNS Made Easy" add-on.
However, unfortunately it doesn't include the DNS Failover feature (https://dnsmadeeasy.com/services/dnsfailover/) which is a real shame as that would be an incredibly useful feature.
Cloudways Support clarified that the features provided by the add-on are equivalent to the "Small Business" option that DNS Made Easy offer directly (https://dnsmadeeasy.com/pricing/) rather than the "Business" option.
Please could you consider making the DNS Failover feature available.

Add ability to zoom inside Monitoring graphs
Since we can't have access to the server logs, it would be great to be able to zoom into the broader monitoring graphs to get a better idea of the server's performance.
For example if I'm looking at CPU usage for a Month, it is averaged, so I don't really see the actual numbers. Granularity gets lost ... It would be very useful to be able to zoom into the first week/day/hour of the month, since the logs for this are already there.

allow users other than master to run composer install / update
Running composer install using application credentials rather than master credentials gives an error.
It's important to be able to use application credentials for deployment processes so they are isolated between applications.

Set Varnisch cache time on application level
Varnish hit rate is low on low traffic sites. By setting the cache time of varnisch on an application level you can beter manage site speed per application.

add elastic email usage graph to monitoring
I just had a problem with elastic email and I'n not able to see quota usage, logs, queues or anything. Would be a very nice addition and could offload support at the same time.
