  1. Multiple Lower Applications

    We love the staging feature, but we really need more than one for our pipeline, specifically a dev environment we can easily pull the prod database onto just like the staging enironement, is this on the roadmap anywhere?

  2. Downgrade server on the Digitalocean

    I contacted support today and asked for help to downgrade the size of my server, and he told me that it is currently not possible to do so, but that I must clone to a new site, including new DNS settings and more. In this situation today it will be difficult for me to continue working with your servers, I have many clients and each of them asks for something different, if I have to perform a clone every time a client wants to reduce the size of his server.   5. Remove cloudways bot false positive alerts. Server down alerts should only trigger when a server is actually down

    Numerous times of the the past number of years I get alerts that there is a server down, typically in the middle of the night, when in fact the server is not down.

  7. Get Database credentials from API for Multi Tenant Implementation

    Multi tenant implementations for saas with separate database for each user is pretty common functionality nowadays.

    Cloudways must support it, even if there's no direct way to do that. Atleast make the API enough powerful so that we can do that at backend.
    To achieve that automation we must need to access the database credentials of newly added application but unfortunately, there's no way to get MySQL database username/password.

    Please take this on high priority and allow us to get db credentials via API method.

  11. A guide to restore local backups, or option for local backups to be restored within server and/or application level

    Title says it all. There should be a guide to restore local backups to a server, not just a button on restoring from a cloudways backed up solution.

    There should also be a way to automate this within the Cloudways UI, not via SFTP/SSH

    There is a suggestion from a customer who wanted to clone only the website that is present in a subfolder of the main website. As for now, we can only clone the whole website for now.

  14. Reset Wordpress

    Cloudways makes it very easy to delete a WordPress application. However, I have to perform the same steps (assigning domain name, SSL certificate etc) when reinstalling a fresh WordPress installation.

    I would like to suggest a reset button for wordpress which would reinstall a clean wordpress installation and database, so the domain and SSL would not need to change.

  16. Add Meilisearch option for Laravel installs

    There is already an installation guide for digital ocean. Adding Meilisearch as a search engine for Laravel using the Scout package would be extremely beneficial. The installation is simple.

  17. Wordpress and Object Cache Update

    The issue is that when I launch a new site it is launched at WordPress 6.2 and right after the launch it automatcally updates to WordPress 6.3 and for that reason the maintainance files comes up.

    Also Object cache is outdated.

  19. Add the possibility of placing a complete order for the Supervisor

    We'd like to have total autonomy in adding supervisor jobs for our Symfony projects. At the moment it's impossible to add the Messenger component control via the interface.

    It's the same problem as the crons, the spaces don't go through but at least we have the option of adding the cron command manually in the Advanced tab.

    This is not the case for the Supervisor.

  20. Auto notification (by email) when a server is down!!!!

    When maintenance is done by the server provider (not by clodways), for example, vultr, it can happen that the server simply goes down and there is no notification about it. This is a critical issue! We must be notified immediately when a server goes down! This is essential!
