Clone application settings
When you clone an application, you should have an option to clone also:
- Application credentials
- Domains
- Cron Jobs
- SSL Certificates
- Application settings
- CDN settings
- BackupsAt the moment, the Application Cloning process only clones the files+database, with the result that the app is working but then you have to duplicate all those settings manually in the Platform.

App-level resource monitoring
I'd really like to see the ability to review stats/monitoring on a per-app basis. If we have, say, 5 WP sites running on a server but the server is slow, MYSQL is crashing, etc then we'd be able to check the app monitoring and see which apps are launching processes that are eating up the most RAM/CPU, disk space, and so on. Would help in diagnosing and give us a clear indication of which app needs to be isolated on its own server.

Sells only servers with IP that do not have old DNS records pointing to
Cloudways should require from infrastructure providers that only servers with IP are assigned to cw customers, without orphaned DNS-records pointing to.
We had unbelievable efforts to get the DoubleContent entries out of the web from old DNS-records stored/cached in Cloudflare-system from old/former IP-holder. Without possibilities to change/delete the foreign records it's a disaster!
Would be very important to check automatic for NO orphaned DNS-records from old user/domain (from Cloudways or the Infrastructure Providers).
Otherwise there will be a lot of unnecessary and very time-consuming work steps for Cloudways clients!

Notifications access for users with full access
Would be great to allow your system admin who has full access to get access to all notifications.
I signed up as business owner but don't manage the server so would be great to see this.

Monitor All Servers and Resources On Single Page With Visuals
As of now, you have to click on each server, then go to resources and then select specific resource. This is time consuming. Also, the data is displayed as line graph which is very visually polished or clean looking.
I recommend that you have a "overview" or "snapshot" area that show you the health/resources/stats for all the servers on your account. Perhaps showing colors Green to Red pie charts to show you quick overview of ALL resource (memory, CPU, hdisk, bandwidth, etc) of ALL servers.
Thank you.

Firewall Management + fail2ban support
It would be useful to have the ability to configure the default firewall rules at server level, rather than relying on htaccess files which are useless for managing large data sets (i.e. IP lists/ranges).
Additionally, having fail2ban installed and bridging between the firewall would be extremely helpful for using plugins like wp-fail2ban, which automatically bans "bruteforce" login attempts at server level, rather than application level.

support forcing lowercase URLs
It's poor SEO to be able to access the same pages of a website on different URLs - this includes capital letter URLs for any web service that utilises re-writes (e.g. a CMS such as Wordpress).
This can be resolved by utilising htaccess with a RewriteMap or Nginx, see links below. But none of these options are included in the standard server config and Cloudways interface doesn't allow them to be added.
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/19048192/force-lower-case-of-urls-override-previous-rules
Be really useful if this was possible. Support tried to implement the htaccess option for me, but it took down Nginx for some unknown reason -…

Allow GIT Deployment to private_html
Currently, the ability to deploy directly from GIT is limited to the publichtml folder. In our case, our application is housed in privatehtml. It would be great if we had the option to deploy from GIT directly to the private_html folder.

Allow customers to add a secondary or even tertiary payment method.
In case there's a problem with an account, this would allow payment to to be made automatically from a second or third source, so there's no risk of a service interruption and no last-minute panic.

Shell script for migrating via Terminal
Can you provide a cPanel > Cloudways SSH script that we can run in the terminal and change the parameters for each site (we used one similar once to migrate 30+ sites from Plesk to Virtualmin). It's simple to use once you have copied and pasted the settings for each migration
