  1. Fully Support WP Rocket

    Your KB article on WP Rocket says that you don't fully support minification of JS/CSS due to Varnish caching on the server.

    It would be amazing if you guys could reach out to WP Rocket and see if this could be resolved.

    Laravel has released it new version (5.4) . As a leading laravel hosting player cloudways need to update it as quick as possible

  3. allow search by autogenerated app folder name

    would be great if i could enter the actual app folder name that is auto generated by your system, into the panel interface search, and have the correct application show. currently it is a giant pain to figure out which app is running high on resources on top without doing a bunch of looking around.

    This is now live, users should be able to search apps and its server with system generated app folder name.

  4. The git deployment documentation should tell the users to use GitHub's Deploy Keys feature.

    The documentation that shows user how to deploy from Git (https://support.cloudways.com/using-git-for-deployment) tells users to give CloudWays full access to their GitHub account. Ideally the documentation should show GitHub's "Deploy Keys" feature (https://developer.github.com/guides/managing-deploy-keys/#deploy-keys) which allows the user to give CloudWays access to just the repositories it needs.

    The documentation on how to deploy from Git on the Cloudways Platform has now been updated to promote the use of repository-specific deployment keys.

  5. Your "Remove" Button on your Git Deployment screen breaks in Firefox 51.0.1 Due to a javascript error

    It works in Chrome, but I was unable to remove an old repo from the Deployment screen while in Firefox.

    We have now fixed it. You should be able to remove git deployments from Firefox as well now.

    when can u update the ioncube to v6? Current v5 will not work with php7. waste of time if u r not making the software compatible

    Ioncube v6 has already made available few months back for new servers deployments. (compatible with both PHP5.x and PHP 7.0.X provided versions)

    However on servers where version5 or older version is running we can perform an upgrade on request.

    You can request an upgrade version through our ticket panel.

  7. Inclusion of php7.0-zip module

    Would it be possible to have the php7.0-zip module installed by default when installing Wordpress or PHP Stack Applications? Some WP plugnis and other PHP testing variables require this option.

  8. Add Google single sign on login to ClicknGo (and new control panel)

    You currently offer Linkedin and Github sso, but please allow Google sso. This would be a great feature for Google Apps for business users and even others with a gmail account.

  11. EWWW Image Optimizer integration

    It would be great if EWWW Image Optimizer plugin would be a part of default WordPress app installation. There is an issue with installing EWWW to an existing WordPres app.

    I arelady talk to EWWW developers about that.

    We have deployed missing packages so EWWW can fully work on top of our platform. We do not have plans to add it as default but now, anyone wanting to use it should have no problems.

    i am required to create a sub folder under publichtml and deploy to the sub folder but i would like to deploy it under publichtml only.

    You can leave the field empty and it will deploy it to public_html/. So this functionality is already there.

  14. Automatic Git deployment

    Ability to pull automatically after a commit/push has been made to the repo. The blog about using Git still says you are working on git hooks.

  15. Add Digital Ocean Data Center in the Banglore Region

    I received an email with the Bangalore Data center option

  16. Fix the Cloudflare Support Page

    Unless I'm just missing it, this page... https://support.cloudways.com/can-i-use-cloudflare-cdn/

  17. Make the "Restart" Buttons Work in the New Platform

    When Apache or MySQL go down, the "restart" buttons can't be clicked and are always grayed out. I always need to chat with your support to get things restarted. It would be fantastic if these buttons worked.

  18. Add application domains that support 'www.' prefix as well as without

    To help test redirects to a 'www.' pages without addition setup or save headaches when moving sites to cloudways that already have 'www.' redirects

  19. Provide a way to edit/remove Let's Encrypt from application

    Currently there is no way to make a change to the installed certificate so it is not possible to change the domain once a cert has been installed. The only resolution available presently is to migrate to a new application.
