Upgrade MySQL version in Click&Go to 5.6
Currently you have 5.5.

Enable NewRelic application monitoring
Your server monitoring is useful, but it would be nice to be able to monitor specific applications. A way to auto-install the NewRelic client would be especially useful.

New Relic Lite will be deployed to all new servers and existing servers (albeit left stopped in 512MB servers due to resources limitation, you are free to start it though from Manage Services section). You can upgrade to Pro (special price) from Add-on section.

add wp-cli as a part of the WordPress application
It would be great to have WordPress applications have wp-cli support out of the box. It is possible to download and set it up manually but many other hosts include it pre-configured.

you need monitoring
this is the second time that my SQL stops working.
If I look at my server it says everything is fine
it is only when i dig deeper that I can see the MSQL is stop and I need to restart it.
I did not get any warning, this is not acceptable.
all my sites were down when they only have little activity
nobody was working on anything this afternoon when I see the memory plunge brieflyYou should have a system to restart mysql automatically
This has never happened to me on any other server before

Enable PDO_SQLITE PHP extension
I was currently using google api . and they need PDO and PDO Sqlite .
Cloudway has PDO on their server but there is no support ofr PDO Sqlite . Please enable it

No Flash in the Control Panel
The click'n'go control panel is very slick. It would be more usable without Flash for the "show password" bits. On a MacBook with Flash disabled, getting to copy the password involves looking at the HTML code of the control panel page.

Add multiple domain names for PHP custom apps and solutions like Wordpress multisite
There are times when we need to point different domains on the same folder, but right now is possible to add only 1 domain per application.

Longer, more secure auto-generated passwords
The passwords that CloudWays auto-generates are short, and all lower case letters. These are a hacker's dream, and a webmaster's nightmare! Please, please, please make them longer (much longer), and add upper-case letters, numbers, and special characters to the mix! Also provide a script or tool to quickly generate new ones and apply it to existing applications, including for both the database and the SSH access! This is imperative if you don't want your clients getting hacked and giving you a bad name.

I was very surprised to find that wildcard SSL certs are not supported with Click&Go, please consider adding support for this.
It is common practice to protect sub domains of a site with a wildcard SSL cert so when I discovered an error was thrown when trying to create a CRT I was disappointed when everything else about Cloudways so far has been excellent.

Creation of email accounts from the Click&Go console
I would like to see the option to create e-mail accounts directly from Click&Go pannel, may be inside the App pannel?

Joomla latest version
There is a client requesting for Joomla latest version in ClicknGo. Currently we have Joomla 3.2.3 whereas Joomla 3.3 is the newest version recommended for new installs. It includes the latest and greatest features of Joomla and mobile/responsive support.

Add Export Feature to MySQL admin
The MySQL admin is fairly limited on features but it is serviceable with one exception. There is no easy way to export your database if you're not skilled in writing SQL code. Being able to export the database is crucial.
