DB Migration solution like WP Migrate plugin
If you guys can provide a DB migration solution like the WP Migrate DB plugin, it would be very helpful for WordPress developers and would encourage them to use Cloudways as their hosting partner.
You can add it to the Cloudways Migration plugin.

Send alert when SMTP settings are changed
Please set up a notification via email when SMTP settings are changed on the server. We have had instances where a member has reset SMTP settings and emails were no longer delivered on our applications. We were not aware until clients brought this up and we investigated. It would be much better to just have a simple email notification sent whenever SMTP settings for a server is changed.

Automatic/ Scheduled Application-level Backups
At the moment, we can schedule server-level backups but can only take manual application-level backups.
As a business owner with multiple websites, this is not ideal. When one website needs to be restored, I have to restore all and lose money when they are down (which they didn't need to be) and time from all the lost work.
It would be great to enable automatic/ scheduled application-level backups instead. This would enable us to only restore the application that needs to be restored (instead of forcing us to restore all), and we could also set different backup schedules to discriminate…

New API for Used Space in Applications
Dear Cloudways Team,
I hope you're doing well! 😊 I've been loving using Cloudways for my projects, and I have an idea that I believe would make things even more incredible.
It would be fantastic to have an API that gives us the total space used by all applications on a server. This would make resource management a breeze and decision-making even smoother. Just imagine how awesome that would be!
Can we make this happen? I'm sure many developers would be thrilled.

Support Drupal's Bigpipe module
Cloudways currently doesn't support Drupal core's Bigpipe module. This module is used as a standard feature across all new Drupal sites to improve page loading times and user experience. The current Cloudways server stack has conflicts that prevents the module from functioning. Bigpipe support is an essential requirement if Cloudways wants to support Drupal going forward.

Add Digital Ocean Block Storage Option - Australia Servers
This will allow clients hosted in Australia to migrate from Vultr to Digital Ocean, while being able to upgrade storage quota.
Myself alone have 5 servers pending migration due to the lack of Block Storage in Australia.

Image resize capability in Cloudflare
I have to use a separate plugin (Short Pixel Adaptive Images) to properly resize images. I was hoping that since we are paying for Cloudflare, there should be a resize image capability.

Add a lower TTL for Varnish
I have a membership website, so all of the pages like profile, account, create group, member directory, have to be excluded from caching. I saw a solution with Varnish caching having a TTL setting of 5 minutes, but noticed I can't set it lower than 4 hours, so I'll need to exclude all of those pages there as well.

Offer Cloudways Autonomous with Digital Ocean's servers (not Google's): really better for RGPD.
Some of us are reluctant to entrust our data (businnes, customers and personal) and our servers to Google.
A Cloudways Autonomous configuration with Digital Ocean servers would better protect our data in Europe.

Typo on Server Page Button
On the logged-in server page (https://platform.cloudways.com/server), there is a "3 Simple Steps" section for setting up an eCommerce site. The "Quick Guide to Get Started" button has a "V" where the space should be between "Get" and "Started".

Support Wordpress wp_get_environment_type() function
All hosts that support setting up staging environments are requested to set this feature to staging on those staging environments. Similarly, all developers with development environments shall set this value to development appropriately.
This function has been available for hosts to implement since 5.5.

Automatic database (only) backups
Backups can be heavy (GB). Sometimes you need to access the backup of one databse quickly because you need to retrieve data from 1 of the table. Currently there is no way to do this unless you downlaod the entire backup which can take a long time. I would like to request for scheduled backups of the database (separately) for convenient download and manual manipulation.

Allow for near instant staging branches
A few systems we have used now allow for instant cloning of prod branches. postgres.ai and upsun.com both do this. The trick is to back the prod filesystem/db with ZFS or another filesystem that does copy-on-write which allows for whats kind of a "fork" operation where you can shallow copy a directory, it only tracks the differences. This is insanely usefull as we use it to clone a 20GB DB in like < 2s, run some tests against it, then destroy the db. You could totally the same.

A guide to restore local backups, or option for local backups to be restored within server and/or application level
Title says it all. There should be a guide to restore local backups to a server, not just a button on restoring from a cloudways backed up solution.
There should also be a way to automate this within the Cloudways UI, not via SFTP/SSH

Other providers have already included a simple button that says clear cdn cache.Im forced to log in cloudways to clear instead of just having that possibility in the wordpress dash

Cloudflare bandwidth reporting and the ability to block traffic.
It would be nice to get Cloudflare Enterprise bandwidth reporting. For example list top bandwidth utilizing IPs and a feature to block traffic.
