Allow Breeze to exclude HTML classes and IDs
Breeze currently only allows full pages to be excluded from the cache. However, it would be great if it allowed for HTML modules/elements to be excluded themselves. For example, I have one section on a page that is always changing and should not be cached but that section is on the home page which should stay speedy and cached. My only option would be to disable the cache for the whole page which isn't a great option.

Cloudways WordPress staging tool should use domain configured in database
I'd like to report a bug with your staging/clone tool. When Cloudways makes a staging website, it does a search & replace on the database to update the the website domain.
When it does this, it uses the domain that is configured in the application on Cloudways, not the siteurl which is configured in WordPress database. This can cause issues where the database is not changed correctly.
Here is an example:
- Set up domain in Cloudways as "example.com"
- Import website with URL "www.example.com" in WordPress database
- Create staging website
- Staging website ends up as "www.wordpress-XXXXXX-XXXXXXX.cloudwaysapps.com" when…

Add an option to Breeze to exclude specific images when lazy-loading
Currently Breeze's lazy-load option lazy-loads ALL images, including logos and images above the fold. Please add an option to exclude certain images from the lazy-load so if we have an image like a logo that we don't want to lazy load, we can exclude it.

Whitelist for password protection of staging sites
Let's have a whitelist feature to let selected outside services bypass the password for the staging site. Often we use the staging site to measure the site performance after changes have been made, or to integrate with external services. While the password protection for staging sites makes sense in a lot of cases, there are outside services (e.g. gtmetrix) that we need to access it.

Allow freelancers to invoice their customers directly from Cloudways Platform by setting up recurring invoices
Cloudways should provide freelancers with a feature that allows them to manage their clients and charge them directly from the Cloudways Platform by setting up recurring invoices. There should be a central dashboard where freelancers can manage all their clients and invoices

Enable the option to be notified when the CPU is "problematic"
With a lot of our applications, we get complaints about the load time. Upon checking the server, this is most often caused by the CPU usage being in the "problematic" range. However, Cloudways will only notify you when the CPU/server has completely "failed". This does not allow any time to troubleshoot, fix or notify our clients before their site goes down.

Wordpress permalink structure
"New WP installs lately use this permalink structure:
/index.php/%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/
It's not clear why, and it requires an additional step to fix this setting on each site.
Please use the WP default of Postname for the permalinks, as WP defaults to outside of the cloudways package. Thanks!"

Give technical contact options without needing an account.
I was recently locked out of my account and unable to access the websites I manage. After looking on the Cloudways site, I could only find sales contact forms. All technical/account support required to be signed in. If I had not had a second account, I wouldn't have been able to practically and efficiently contact support about being locked out. This would be a high priority issue (and hopefully an easy fix) for customers with just one account.

New Cloudways Lay-out is not a step forward
In many ways its not a improvement.
1. Search is implemented, thats good.. but why a extra click? First i have to click on the icon, then the bar appears en then finally i can ad my search terms? Why.. i don't need more work... Just put the searchbar in sight without extra steps.
2. Their is made some extra tabs for adding SFTP credentials? Why...this was al within one layout together with database... much, much easier. Also if you copy credentials is made into more effort. Why...why
3. It goes on and on every thing you touch has something…2 votes
