Improve Staging and SafeUpdates secondary sites reliability
Not sure if I'm missing something, but it seems that there are multiple potential serious issues that can be caused by the Staging (and SafeUpdates) process, particularly for WordPress/WooCommerce sites, which might break the Live site when pushed from the Staging/Test sites.
1) Themes/plugins that enforce license validation on a per-domain basis, may get deactivated even with the search-and-replace. This may be particularly worse when the domain changes into the cloudways domain, and may be a bit better by using a subdomain instead of the cloudways domain.
- For this, suggests to add simple options on the Cloudways console for…3 votes -
Progress bar
When cloning, adding or migrating an application, some sort of progress bar/percentage would be really handy, just so you know that something is happening, rather than keep refreshing the page in the hope that it will magically finish.

Increase the amount of cronjobs in the CRON JOB MANAGEMENT-> Advanced
Right now the Advanced cronjob UI allows a limited amount of cronjobs to be added and on top of that the user needs to add cronjobs through ssh. the problem with that is that non technical employees can struggle with the ssh and the administration of the cronjobs is much more difficult compare to the nice visual way of the relatively simplistic advanced cronjob view (I doesn't do any validations etc - but never mind :-)). this issue is quite critical for us as we add quite some cronjobs and we stopped doing that because of this issue. so please…

Deployment via Git - Verbose error message
I ran into a "random" thing today trying to authenticate Github repo.
I tried multiple times to authenticate and on each time I got error "Unfortunately, operation failed due to unexpected error."
I contacted support and they were able to use the same repo as I did and it authenticated fine.
Support also was not able to see any errors for today.
A bit of a mystery what exactly happened - verbose error message might have helped :)

give users a grace period of 1-2 months after delayed payment
The website can go down but it would be nice not to have to set everything up again. It takes so much time and effort for those who are not familiar with all these processes.

Allow Wildcard SSL Certificate to be used across multiple applications
Currently you can only use a wildcard SSL certificate with one application, which limits its usefulness to a multi-tenant web application like WordPress Multisite.
If you setup a second application that uses a subdomain that would be covered under your wildcard SSL you unfortunately cannot use the wildcard cert.
As an example:
Application 1 has the domain example.com and a wildcard certificate *.example.com
Application 2 has the domain forum.example.com
Application 2 should be able to use the wildcard certificate from Application 1.

Improve the Database Selected Tables Window Layout in Staging Management
The staging management window that allows for the selection of which database tables to push or pull between staging and live is completely useless in it's current format of a horizontal list with truncated table names. The table list should be alphabetically columnar with the full table name in view to make for easy selection.

Have varnish provide cached content for standard query parameters (like Cloudflare APO does for UTM parameters, etc)
Currently, Varnish cache is "broken" for all query parameters. This means anyone comeing from Facebook, which adds "fbclid", or from any link with standard UTM parameters like "utm_source" is served an un-cached page.
Varnish WILL then cache that entire page + query strings, but that's not very helpful.
It would be ideal to have it behave like Cloudflare APO as described here: https://developers.cloudflare.com/automatic-platform-optimization/reference/query-parameters/
So, for the "allowed" parameters, Varnish would serve cached content of the base URL without parameters.

Add green servers in Cloudway
I wonder, if "green servers" could perhaps appear in Cloudway's proposals? It's just an idea, I can easily imagine that implementing this has big hits for the Cloudway company.
Ecology is very important to customers, and it would give a better image if we could indicate that our sites do not consume CO2.

support an option to disable Staging/Live syncing options from the UI
I would like to have a way to disable the PULL or PUSH process between staging and live.
For example, when using Staging as a "test" environment, I do not want to let anyone to get the DB content from Staging and send it to Live.
Vice-versa as well when, for example, I want to use Staging as a "pre-live" environment, where I want to enforce a single-way data flow.
So, I would like options to enable/disable sync code + database from one to another, so only a single flow can be enforced.
Thank you!

Cloning a sub-site within a multisite network
I think it could be useful and would speed up the work by not having to even out all the preferences and content of the sites

During Vertical Scaling down time display a landing page for customers
During Vertical Scaling when the website goes down it would be great to see cloudways display a page like "Back soon currently making this site more awesome" or something to comunicate that the website will be back up after the scaling as no server side extension or feature can run for most of the upgrade it just shows as no responce from server.

You need to add a scheduler which 'stop' & 'start' server automatically.
I am a technical person, and I am suggesting one important change, and that is: I my am stopping and starting my server manually. So you need to add a scheduler which 'Start' & 'Stop" Server automatically because it is very hard to start server on fix time. So please add scheduler or timer which stop and start server automatically. Thanks Regard Babar Hussain Shah.

SafeUpdates monthly option for scheduled updates
I think it is essential to have the option for monthly schedule updates. Plugin updates sometimes can break a site from faulty code, and I think it would be useful to have the option for not-so-regular updates. A monthly option sounds ideal because it will reduce workload for our developer to check on regular base the site after the updates which now the latest scheduled option is weekly.
