5. during git clone whole team not able to use cloudways

   Cloudways architecture looks build for one personly not for team. I have a team using 10 plus, we are using cloudways, but whenever try to take a pull on his project, the whole sever GUI stops working, and everyone has to wait until the git clone/pull is not done.

   Please change it, if someone doing something his application it shouldn't effect other applications.

8. Highlight Invalid Domain(s) When Creating or Renewing SSL

   When you have multiple domains under an SSL and in our case over 50 and the SSL cert fails due to 1 or more domains not being pointed correctly it would be helpful to have those domains highlighted so they could be fixed and not having to go through each domain to see what is causing the error.

11. Custom Name Server for Cloudflare Enterprise add-on

    Cloudflare has a business level option to create custom name servers.
    With so many enterprise options with the 'Cloudflare enterprise' add-on,
    incuding the cname of secure.cloudways.cloud

    I would request custom name servers to be part of the offering.
    It could be as simple as cloudways.ns.cloudflare.com
    or as detailed as ns.mydomain.com

13. Allow CW Signup with any email address (not only Gmail)

    Currently, it's only possible to create a new account with either a Gmail address or a branded email address.

    I strongly encourage you and suggest allowing any email addresses to create a Cloudways account.

    Gmail → can't force a client to use Gmail
    Branded email → if the branded email should be migrated to Cloudways (using Rackspace) then its not recommended to use this email address to manage the CW account itself.

    Workaround: Change email address after account creation. But this can be only done once. And it's again an annoying process for a client who needs to do that and confirm it.

    Currently, it's only possible to create a new account with either a Gmail address or a branded email address.

    I strongly encourage you and suggest allowing any email addresses to create a Cloudways account.

15. Separate manual backups from automatic (persistent) + ability to rename

    Hi,

    You should implement backups the same way some of the best web hosting providers do:

    1) Separate manual backups from the automated ones.
    1.1) Manual backups should be "persistents" so they don't just disappear as the automated backups go on. Hence, the separate list only containing manual backups.

    To avoid abuses, you can limit to 5 or even 3 maximum "spots" of manual backups at the same time. That way, we are forced to delete some to make further manual backups, so that we never exceed the limit of manual backups spots.

      1.2) You could, as well, allow us to disable automated backups. That way you reduce the load on your servers, as most people never use automated backups.
    

    For more static websites, this is life changing as an initial manual backup could act like a "clean snapshot" we can use repeatedly over time as major issues occur (making the automated backups useless). And we could make one at each major update.

    2) Please, please, please allow us to rename backups (manual ones only)
    Automated backups shouldn't need to be renamed but manual backups should.
    If we do some subsequent backups after major steps, we should be able to clearly see which backup was from which step of the website's development, even 5 months later, when we don't remember the workflow anymore.

    Oh and those features should be "free". It would be outrageous if you implement those feature and make them paid ones.

    much like the exclude button under staging management - it would be useful to select exactly what file you want to update for two reasons, one deployment would be speedier and less likely to cause any unexpected or unwanted updates

17. Support Mainland China Data centers in Cloudflare CDN with the Cloudways Cloudflare Enterprise plan.

    Have client sites for clients situated in Mainland China, and also sites that target the Mainland China market. Would be extremely helpful if Cloudways were to have servers situated in China, and if the Cloudways Cloudflare Enterprise would support data centers in China.

18. Mirror Servers For Faster Worldwide Access

    My customers are in the USA and my employees in Asia. The US based server is super fast when accessed from the USA, but from Asia it's slow. I want to run a duplicate mirror server in Asia, but have been unable to find someone with the skills to do this. Would be a great feature if Cloudways could do this with a few clicks.

19. Plugin or snippet to put the server name on wp-admin toolbar

    This might be useful for agency owners like me who have a lot of sites on different servers on Cloudways. A simple drop in plugin or snippet that would display the NAME of the Cloudways server in the WordPress admin toolbar.

    No settings. Just display the pretty name of the server.

    A simple plugin like this would be something we could deploy the IWP on all of our sites very quickly.

    We now have 10 servers, and almost anytime I have to jump into SFTP, I've got to first look at my list of what server is this site on. But I'm almost always already in the wp-admin...

    Just to be clear, not the IP address, not the ID# of the server, but the pretty name that WE have given the server.

20. Account switcher doesn't work unless you logout and then back in

    I'm a developer who manages many servers. Including servers on multiple Cloudways accounts. I've noticed for the past couple months that the account switcher (the dropdown to the right of the Cloudways logo) doesn't work unless I just logged in. If I haven't just logged in it gives me a "You are not authorized to perform this action" error after attempting to switch to a different account. So I have to log out and log back in every time I want to switch accounts.
