Can we please have the ability to duplicate or copy a servers whitelist to another server.

Labels and wildcards for database whitelist
Add the ability to label IPs added to the remote DB whitelist so you can add your own identifier to IPs. And also add the ability to wildcard IPs by range eg. 5.40.%.%, and also the ability to add by domain name in addition to IP. This will allow for better management and greater control of whitelisted IPs

ADD SEARCH BAR to toggle between different accounts (when there are a lot)
As an agency that manages a lot of clients, our email is added as a team member on tons of accounts. With a lot of accounts, it's difficult to find the right one. Give us the ability to REQUEST a team member role in another account
The ability to add a team member to an account is great, but it would be even better if we could request access to another account.
That way, I wouldn't have to send my clients instructions on how to add me as a team member. Instead, I could just request access to their account, then they can approve or deny the request by clicking an email link, much in the same way the server migration between accounts works.
GoDaddy has this in place with their 'delegated access' feature, I'd love to see Cloudways implement the same. It's a big time…

Include a EU based/owned cloud provider
The current options of infrastructure providers are great, but due to the recent invalidation of the Privacy shield act, some of our clients want providers owned and operated in the EU (not just US-owned companies with data centers in the EU).

Add Rackspace Email Plus & Archiving
It's awesome to have Rackspace Email integrated with cloudways and the discounted prices is a bonus! Just surprised to learn that this is a half way integration... No option exists for users to add cloud storage (Rackspace Email Plus) or archiving (Rackspace Add Archiving). Please complete this offering and extend the options to add the other plans at the partner discounted price.

Allow Country Blocking at the Server Level
Please consider allowing us to choose Server access to specific countries at the Server Level. If our WP sites or other applications (even our clients) are selling only within the US, why should we not block access to all other countries trying to access the server. There are so many daily hack attempts from countries outside the US, but even if this were not the case, allowing the user to manage Country Access (perhaps by blocking IP ranges) would greatly reduce the effect of DDOS attacks and also reduce server load from unrelated or unnecessary website visits. Thanks!

CloudWays website seriously slow in India? From frontend to backend. Please optimize it.
Hi, I'm a visitor to your website. Forwarded by a youtube. But it's seriously slow. My 4G internet is capable to play Full HD 1444p easily. But your site loading time minimum of 2 to 3 minutes to show 1st content. And also in the Admin Dashboard. Indians really need your service but man who trusts a hosting service which is loading slowly at their own website. Please fix.

Cloning a Staging App or cone a db from another app
Cloning a staging app for a team member is required. Even cloning just a db from another app will be helpful.

Ability to define Cache Path in Breeze Plugin
If you're using an atomic deployment practice, then you must de-activate Breeze before each deployment. If not, you will see errors such as "Cannot redeclare breezegetcachebasepath()" on the front end after the new release is activated.
Here's what the support team said back when I reported this issue:
"Basically, the option which allows setting cache path at their own config path is not available in Breeze. So right now only the option deactivate and activate the plugin after each deployment."

Add search to own applications list
It would be great if you could search the applications list with a keyword.
Now we have many applications on different servers and it is a bit cumbersome to find the correct application.
This is how I now do it:
1. Go to applications list and select one application by random
2. Change server from the top drop down list
3. Change to correct application in applications drop down listIt would be great for applications list to have a search functionality.
