Cloudways API: Add method to GET domain aliases
Cloudways currently supports updating domain aliases (1) but does not allow you to GET domain aliases.
This could be solved by allowing a GET on the existing "v1/app/manage/aliases" route and returning an array of existing aliases.

Need More DigitalOcean Plans
I am Cloudways users for over 2 years now. As you see at https://www.digitalocean.com/pricing/, there are options of $5, $10, two $15 plan(different CPU), $20, $40, $80 plans. It can be helpful for users who need more faster server 3v CPU instead of 2v can go for it.
And DO plans have been upgraded long back but savings hasn't been passed to customers in this regard. Please look into this.

SFTP sync is extremely slow, goes 80KB/s please IMPLEMENT WebDav (also Siteground has it)
Sometimes I get really astonished by realizing that Cloudways miss of basic features. Which is the reason?

Domain forwarding
In cPanel I can easily create forwarding rules for specific domains/subdomains, without having to work in .htaccess. Would be great if there is some interface for this in Cloudways too.

Please make search feature in all Bot Protection data table.
so this make easier for user to find the ip addresses.
And you can make a specific fiture to make a whitelist IP Adresses.Also please make the pagination better, so user can go to specific page.
And also in the data table, please make a filter by country, ip, etc

Hi. You should develop a GitHub Action for a better automatic deployment, like Netlify's (https://github.com/marketplace/actions/netlify-deploy) since it's a more reliable way than using webhooks and custom PHP.

Uninstall New Relic option on Settings & Packages >> Packages
I would like to kindly suggest an option on "Settings & Packages --> Packages" to "Uninstall New Relic" from our servers, and this would automatically remove all those NR scripts on that server.
I keep wondering how much Live Chat & Tickets it could save to Cloudways! This would save so many resources!

Display remaining Lets encrypt SSL limit
SSL has rate limit for SSL certificates which is reset in 12hrs. This limit should be displayed on SSL page so that user can be careful.

Switch to Enable or Disable Cron Jobs
Currently, there is no provision to disable or enable a particular cron job.
I can either delete it, or change the time to something like once per year to stop it from executing.A switch to enable or disable a particular job would be just great.

Enable XMLRPC access for Jetpack plugin
Hi. Having a simple switch to disable XML-RPC is great, but Jetpack complains about connection issues. Maybe you should take the "Disable XML-RPC" plugin path (https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/disable-xml-rpc/) and, by the way, ensure that is compatible with latest WordPress versions.

Cloudways should work properly with WinSCP and Filezilla
Cloudways always gives errors with WinSCP and FileZilla clients. Even while executing SSH commands from Cloudways's own SSH it takes almost 1 light year to execute it.
