Wildcard SSL for multisite but also works for mapped domains
Right now we have two options for having SSL working for WordPress networks. We can have a wildcard SSL certificate OR we manually map domains to each subsite. It would be nice of we could have both.

Account activity log
I would like to see an account activity log. This could hold information including date and times, details of the activity, reference names used for - creating, modifying and deleting servers
- creating, modifying and deleting applications
- any activity that results in a cost to the billing accountI see this feature as useful for general reference but also for reconciling account invoices.

Let use PhpMyAdmin as a database manager
Anas Siddiqui, one of your team, confirms that your database editor is incomplete: «you can delete the table but the column delete is not possible, you delete the rows only» and suggested me to leave a feedback.
I've already read the answer "We made long ago the decision to use adminer against phpmyadmin. This is not going to change in the short term." but why?
You did a great tool, all based on making life easy for users, and then you chose to make the deployment of PHPMyAdmin not easy... why?

More easy to remember name for staging sites.
It will be better if user can name the staging site URL... so it will be easy to remember and also up in future.

Make a server setting to toggle outbound email off
We need a simple, error-free way to be 100% certain that no outbound emails can be sent from a test / staging server. Can we have a server setting to toggle this on & off? Or even better, redirect all mail to an address we provide or to a log file to 'catch' all outbound mail?

Clone application settings
When you clone an application, you should have an option to clone also:
- Application credentials
- Domains
- Cron Jobs
- SSL Certificates
- Application settings
- CDN settings
- BackupsAt the moment, the Application Cloning process only clones the files+database, with the result that the app is working but then you have to duplicate all those settings manually in the Platform.

Easy text warning on Let's Encrypt failures
Twice now I have had problems with servers where I had to wait for a Let's Encrypt imposed 8-12 hour ban from creating an SSL cert because I tried and failed too many times.
It would be great if you would warn me after 2-3 failures that repeated attempts may cause this and to contact support for more help. Just a text reminder in the error message would be great, thanks!

Canceled due to horrible support
Hi,
I have canceled my plan due to the horrible support:
Non-English speakers, most of the time I couldn't even understand what your support staff is trying to say. Please hire people that at least know some basic English. That happened on multiple occasions.
Terrible advices. I've never seen so bad advices from a hosting provider.
Weak passwords. I've never seen a hosting that is forcing its customers not to use upper case for its passwords. That was brutal.
Support randomly closed tickets after failing to explain what they want to say.

Multiple SSL for single Application with several domains (not subdomains)
Currently, you are only able to install one SSL certificate per application. However, with WordPress multisite installations, a single application could have several different domains. Each domain needs it's own SSL certificate.
Without this feature, we can't have large multisite installations running sites with different domains that need SSL.

Cloudways Billed payment update 3D Secure
When I purchase with my Bank Card, It's is declined because there's no 3D secure in Cloudways website.
You should add 3D Secure for the Payment and It's so much secure for the Every Card Payment

Apps List Should Show Actual App Name as Server Sees It
Basically when I run htop on the server my aliased app name is not going to show, but the actuall server app name... i.e. qgvzzgjjzt vs ApplicationName.
So in the screen where you list apps -

Add write permissions to user (~) directory for SSH application user
The application user does not have write permissions to their own user directory (i.e.
~/). This prevents any application that needs to write to this directory from being run when logged in as an application user, such as git, ssh, npm, etc.Making the user directory for the application user writable by the application user, so that new files and sub-directories can be created, will solve many issues that myself and others are having running applications when logged in as an application user.

Create a KB article on making a subdomain site with a separate application than main domain
I think for regular folks like me it would help to have a KB article on simply making a subdomain with a new application. I think it's a common thing people want to do.
so example... I have my main app with main domain www.example.com and the KB would show how to add something like store.example.com with separate WP install or other app...

Add **Purge CDN** to Breeze
When developing a site, site creators will always be toggling settings on and off to make sure everything is working correctly.
Yet the only way to purge the CDN is to go all the way back into the CloudWays /apps/ dashboard, then purge the CDN from within:
