Server speed
tools.pingdom.com lets me see the pageload speed of my site from various countries. I'd like to be able to compare servers before buying.
e.g. I tried Vultr in Singapore - very slow loading into Australia. Moved to Linode in Freemont - 2x the speed for the same site.
Took 2 days of setup and testing and trial accounts to work that out - perhaps there is an even faster server? I can't try them all.
Just put a 1mb web page on each server. Publish the url. Now I can compare at GTMetrix or Pingdom to choose the best server…

Mention Green Hosting on Cloudways website
You could mention on your site, when choosing the provider, which of them are offering "green hosting". I.e. use wind/solar/water powered data centers, and adopt other green practices. Especially given that you are one of the rare that I could find, that allowed me to select Google Servers, who have 100% sustainable energy (and not wood burning either) on their servers.
Maybe it would also help the non-technical people to have some of the terms (when creating the server and launching it) translated to more "human-readable" -format. I could imagine some environmentally conscious people would be then choosing your service…

Make it easy to create redirects
Every $3 a month host with c-panel lets you map a domain or subdomain to a subdirectory with just a few clicks. I was just told this needs to be coded into my .htaccess file (?!). A redirect is also helpful if you want to keep a public link the same but change your site structure. Please add this basic functionality.

We need fixed private IPs to clone a server and attach the same IP to a new server or other workarround. Amazon has the fixed private ip.

Add the ability to label Backups and flag them to be permanent
Hi, I see there's suggestion for able to label backups and it's not been implemented yet so I'd like to add another vote for being able to do this.
Also, it would be great to be able to go intot he automated backup history, and flag any one of them as "Permanent" so they don't get deleted.

Ability to export/download monitoring reports in various formats (eg. CSV, PDF, PNG)

As of today, cloudway doesn't have any ability wherein the server admins can download/export the monitoring report (under Server Management -> Monitoring).
As per my experience working with server monitoring, the monitoring data generated plays an important role; and it also involves comparing various kinds of server related reports simultaneously.
I would highly recommend you to implement this feature which I am sure would be appreciated by all your customers; and hopefully, will add value to your services.

Allow to browse and download backups
It's very useful to sometimes be able to browse and/or download a specific backup to look for something specific and only restore that part. Currently the only way to do this is to:
1. Make a full backup,
2. Restore the backup we want,
3. Find, copy what we want,
4, Restore latest backup.That takes a looong time. Being able to download a backup or just browse the backup files and download something specific would make things a lot easier. Vaultpress does that and it's quite the timesaver.

Under the Applications view, it would be cool to have a Server Email Templates feature added, especially if you add-on the "Elastic" mail service.

Real Time Back Ups (Pull Method) for Wordpress
I'm looking to run Woocommerce.. and with it's custom tables Woocommerce uses, a real time back ups is a must.
Right now Cloudways only offers "regular" back ups.. these are triggered on time intervals..
I would like if you could also offer "Real Time" back ups..
meaning.. back ups of any new event that happens on live site (for example in WP .. Woocommerce uses it's one tables to track events lik new customer sign ups , payments etc.)
Right now only BlogVault seems to offer this (https://blogvault.net/realtime-backup-for-woocommerce-sites-done-well/)

SMTP settings at the application level
I would like to set SMTP credentials in a per application basis, that would give us the ability to send emails using a different SMTP account for each application/website.
