Fix / improve the interface on the wordpress migrate plugin
Currently the plugin will delete all the info from all the fields if you submit and it finds an error. In the UX world, this is considered undiluted evil. Why is the plugin punishing me?
Furthermore, the UX writing is profoundly unclear. The field marked "application folder" is actually for the MYSQL database name. Who would ever figure that out?

I like the Wordpress teams for the managed WordPress hosting on the other hosting platforms like WP Engine, etc. I think that would be cool here. Pick the server that best suits your need and have a WordPress guru team supporting the best CMS out there.

Disable CORS within Cloudways CDN when using WP Rocket
I have talked extensively with WP Rocket and it seems that they use CORS within their plugin. However, Cloudways also has CORS enabled within its CDN service. This causes conflict on most sites and if a conflict occurs when both services are enabled, CORS needs to be disabled on the Cloudways CDN to fix the conflict. Create a Support Access plugin to provide access token for support agents
Create a plugin that allows a client (us) to generate an access token to provide to a support agent (you) to provide access for troubleshooting support seamlessly. This would avoid me having to create an unnecessary admin account on an install.
I've had this functionality from companies as small as theme developers. It makes for a much better customer experience.

Update Git
Cloudways is still running Git 2.1.4 released on 18-Dec-2014. A handful of really neat features have been added to Git since then. One new feature that would be very helpful to have on Cloudways servers is the updateInstead option for the receive.denyCurrentBranch config added in Git 2.3, which allows pushing directly to the server even if the branch is checked out on the server. Connect your chat system with your support ticket system
Chat doesn't have a timestamps, please add this. I've often been waiting online for a while and I'd like to know how long I've been sitting there.

Improved monitoring and alerts
The cloudways bot hasn't detected the two times that I've had issues on my server. A few days ago CPU was high and maxing out, sites were not loading and I had to notice this while on the site and open a chat to get it resolved. A couple weeks ago, the entire server was down from 3am to 10am - everything had completely locked up, no warning email.

Free Email or at least Email Forwarding
Not all clients need or want email accounts, especially Rackspace which costs more. We need a "free" alternative like most hosts provide.
Just to be able to forward emails without having to use the domain registrar would be very helpful.
For example a client who pays me the absolute minimum for his one page promotion site won't want to pay for Rackspace email, he just needs a basic email or forwarder to fire emails over to his gmail or work email.

Officially support running nodejs as an app user.
I've chatted with support and they told me you must run NPM and nodejs as a master user. This requirement makes per-app security impossible.

Choose PHP Version for every Application (not for Server)
It should be possible to choose different php versions on a single server. This is possible in most shared hosting environments and is a big advantage.
It is expensive to create a new server only because you need for example an old php version for a specific application which is not compatible.411 votes -
Provide status information about all your cloud provider and send alert in notification bot
The only way to check the status of the infrastructure is to check status.cloudways.com but if anything happens in the side of any service provider (ex: Kyup) then we don't get any information.
I would prefer that you give us earlier alert via notification bots, or emails when there is an issue that affects many customers.
You should keep a certain level of QOS and being accountable for the technical issues of your technology partners in order to avoid them.

Update cURL to a more recent version
The version of cURL on my server is 7.38.0 which is 3 years old. Perhaps it's time to update?
I can't point to a specific problem with that version or any features in newer versions that are needed, but it would preclude WP plugin authors from pointing to an outdated version of cURL when troubleshooting problems.

Laravel Artisan Commands
It would be great if you could provide a GUI (buttons) for basic Laravel commands, such as:
php artisan migrate
php artisan migrate:refresh
composer update
php artisan optimize
php artisan cache:clearThese are such basic commands that need to be run at the root level of each project and if you could provide simple buttons it would avoid a trip to the built in browser ssh tool.
