Alert When Emails are Trying to be Sent from the Server Instead of 3rd Party or add-on
It would be very helpful for monitoring purposes and quality control purposes if we could be alerted when emails are trying to be sent from the server instead of 3rd party or add-on.
For example I have a plugin that allows me to setup emailing through mandrill on a site by site basis. This allows for better tracking. In some cases the sites are not able to communicate with mandrill and it falls back to using wp_mail() which would try to get the server to send out the email. Since Cloudways doesn't support emailing from servers these emails fail silently.

Implement OpenSSL 1.0.2 (or later) for Chrome to benefit from HTTP/2 using ALPN
See the "Note:" section below:
https://support.cloudways.com/enable-http2-on-websites/
which says:
"Currently HTTP/2 via NPN is supported at Cloudways. ALPN requires a more recent OpenSSL (1.0.2), which are not yet made available by Debian. If you are using the very latest build of Chrome, you will not be able to take advantage of HTTP/2 on your websites, because Chrome has dropped support for NPN. You will continue to access your websites on HTTP/1.1."I'm looking to get ALPN (Chrome) support for HTTP/2, see also:
https://www.nginx.com/blog/supporting-http2-google-chrome-users/I've already gone to Debian 8:
https://support.cloudways.com/migrate_application-to-linux-debian-8-jessie/Wondering when Cloudways will offer OpenSSL version 1.0.2?
Thank you!

Single Sign-on / SAML authentication for access to the cloudways console
Provide the ability to leverage SAML providers like Okta, OneLogin, or ADFS for single sign-on to the cloud console. This would improve security for as well as the user experience.

Enable downgrade without IP-address changes
It would be nice if you could downgrade a server without loosing the IP-address.
Or if you could clone an application to another server and move the IP-address with it.
This could be done by giving the possibility to switch IP-addresses between my own existing servers.14 votes -
Hide server details from Team Members with limited application access
When I give limited access to team members the first console screen after they login it shows the server details - server type, disk, etc.
I want to give application access to my clients but I don't want them seeing the level of server I have them on. It would be better to either not show the server details or go straight into the application dashboard.

Offer some type of real time two way communication support (Node.js maybe Kafka)
I want to get into two way realtime applications as I see that as the major turn happening in the industry. To be honest, I am not sure how to get there yet, with the servers I have. Apache's got Kaftka, Nifi, and Sockets I believe. JS servers have node. I guess there are solutions with Python and C, as well. I am not sure if PHP can do it? You need to put some realtime options into the platform.

Generate Wordpress users directly from the CW Dashboard
I change my password on a regular basis. So, when I clone apps, the password given by the CW Dashboard doesn't work. It would be great to force the system to create that user.

Email forwarding option with Rackspace Hosted Email
I use the rackspace addon and have 7 maiboxes, covering 3 domains.
Because the email is with rackspace I have set my Mx records to use their servers, however there is no option for auto responders, catchall or most importantly email forwarding.
Im able to forward from a mailbox to another account, but I cannot just have a simple forward. This is very restrictive because it means for each email address I want to use I have to buy another mailbox, even if no mail ever sits in the box.
As an example I have
[email protected]
[email protected]
[email protected]

Better Warning on Server Deletion on Trial Expiration
Cloudways must improve the warning system for trial expiration!! Upon expiration the server is deleted however in many cases the client is using serever as development site before launhing into production. CloudWays should send more email warning of the impending deletion of the server so the client is forewarned to take action beforew losing all their work! Currently there is an email 3 days before deletion but that is not enough there should be a 24 hr, 12 hr and 2 hours prior warnings that server will be deleted.

Add option to disable MySQL in the Server Management tab.
Most of my apps use dedicated MySQL servers hosted elsewhere, so having the extra overhead from just running and storing the MySQL service on the servers provisioned by Cloudways is something I want to get rid off.
Also, horizontally scaling apps also makes MySQL service redundant, since all of the servers still need access to the same database.
In essence, just add the option to disable MySQL, in the same way there is a "Disable" button next to Varnish.
Regards!

'My Applications' list of applications
Rather than list all apps by their "wordpress-12345-45678-987564-app" number, list those that actually have a domain name attached to them, and all others without domain names as above
