  2. Add Full URL path to files to Application Management tab

    This is the part of the file path that precedes your document root (eg /home/<your-id>.cloudwaysapps.com/<your-user>/publichtml/publichtml/). This is relatively easy to find but simply posting it as part of the application information would save needless steps.

  3. Different MySQL users - one for managing database and one with limited permissions for usage in scripts

    As many apps stores MySQL credentials in a plain text inside code. I suggest to provide us with 2 MySQL users
    1) Admin user - with the most wide permissions
    2) Script user - allowed only to manipulate with rows (CRUD)

    This is common security practice on other hostings.

  4. Add Zoho email provider

    I came to know through RackSpce support that they only allow 250 similar mails/day. Per them if our PHP script utilizes their SMTP to send more than 250 mails even though they are of different content, they will be considered spam. ZohoMail has higher limit and economical for our business need.

  6. Add option to be notified about all team activities via email

    It's easy to forget to mention all team members is ticket creation form. Would be nice to have team member setting that enables notification about all activities going on: new tickets, ticket updates, comments etc.

  8. Make XDebug accessible for remote debugging

    I would like to use my IDE such as PHPstorm, to have remote debugging sessions using XDebug. Currently, XDebug is available on Cloudways but I cannot connect to it, so what is the point?

  9. One-click installer for ProcessWire

    I’d love to see a one-click installer for ProcessWire but having the option of either the Master or Dev version. Dev versions are always so stable. And thanks for providing this handy guide to ProcessWire on Cloudways:

  10. Add stored procedure SQL server

    Cloudways mysql server didn't support stored procedure Sql. I think it would be better if stored procedure functionality add on mysql server.

  11. I just deleted an APP from my server. After waiting for the process to complete, I got a message that "<Servername>: has been uninstalled."

    For a jaw dropping moment, I thought my entire server was deleted! This message needs to be changed to reflect that only the APP that I actually deleted was the one removed.

    Caution Notifications if the bandwidth about to touch the default ceiling limits in order to take steps on illegitimate/spam hits. This may safe guard the ignorant developers from incurring a heavy loss and in some cases losing their business. Please consider.

  18. Disallow changes to core app files

    I created a staging server. I need to give devs access to build our app. It appears sFTP allows full access to all the core files. A rogue dev could edit core files and we would'nt know. Once copied over to the live site, our website would be compromised and hacked.

    Cloudways needs to create a setting that allows account owners to configure whether devs have access to CORE app files. IF enabled, anyone with FTP or SSH access should NOT have access to core files of the app.

    or ALERT the admin if any changes were made to CORE…

  20. When we buy a space in cloud give permission to split the space for each clients. This facility will give us to permission to give login.

This facility will give us to permission to give login and control panel access. for example I brought a space of 25 GB, then I can split the volume into 15 + 15 +5 for my clients and give them a login to access their data.
