Improve Firewall List Accessibility
The Firewall list is difficult to use particularly if you have low vision. The tiny country flag icons are difficult to see and if you hover over them nothing is displayed. Would be great to add hover text with the country name at least. Also, clicking the checkboxes in the filter control requires clicking precisely on the checkbox input rather than being able to click on the input label to check / uncheck the item which is far easier for people who have difficulty seeing or are using an alternative input device.

Brevo SMTP API integration
I would like to see Brevo as one of the SMTP integrations using its API key etc. all major SMTP plugins for wordpress have it integrated so would be good if we could use it on servers too.

Share Super Admin Access
I am an agency who has many clients who have their own hosting accounts. I recommend their hosting though, so they tend to be in one place.
Cloudways needs a way for account owners to share super admin privalages so that i can reshare their accounts with other team members or groups without going through the clients account. It's an important feature for my type of business and very difficult to operate without it.
Also, there needs to be an easier way to search for client accounts. I may have hundreds of accounts shared with me. using the dropdown

[BUG] Restarting server should NOT reset timezone settings!
See ticket #515245. I already reported this last Nov 2023 and happened to me this April 2024. Still not fixed!
Server restart (either purposely or because of payment issues) should NOT reset the timezone. But rather SHOULD retain timezone settings.
This is super hassle.

Some location server can not be upgraded to the premium ones,
I noticed that when I am going to upgrade my standard server to premium ones, I can not scale it , the current server location does not have premium availability, I really need to upgrade it, and I do not want to change to other location and do not want to change my server IP .

Passkey support
Passkeys need to be implemented for logging in to Cloudways. Passkeys are better / more secure than traditional passwords and 2FA. Big players like Google, Apple, Amazon, PayPal, etc are all already using passkeys.

Give better instructions on the PHP FPM Settings
On the Application Settings > PHP FPM Settings it should explain you need to remove the ; before each setting. Totally not clear this was needed.

Allow Master account to change files ownership to Application user
- Connect via SSH using the Master Account
- Write new files in an Application (e.g. via git pull)
- use chown to set ownership to the Application user account
- You have: Operation not permitted
This is a problem when creating scripts to update part of an application (I cannot use the global git pull that you provide).
And it is not possible to use git pull for private Git repositories with the Application account because ~/.ssh is not writable for it.1 vote -

This has been suggested by others, but usually only one feature at a time. Here's an attempt to a complete suggestion:
- Whether the application is started or not and a button for switching that state.
- One or more "traffic lights" showing the overall health of the application: detected errors etc. Clicking on a light opens a page showing what's (possibly) wrong.

Add dashboard customization for Apache
Just like Nginx, PHP, and MySQL, having Apache settings customizable within the dashboard would be incredibly useful. This would allow users to fine-tune Apache configurations directly, improving performance and memory efficiency without needing to access the terminal.
Why this matters:
User-friendly optimization: Gives users more control over server tuning directly from the dashboard.
Enhanced server performance: Allows quick adjustments to optimize server behavior for better efficiency.While I want access to mpm_prefork.conf setting for better mem management of a low traffic folio site, I'm sure some people want access to Custom errordocs, Filecache size, and timeout/keepalive settings.

Stop fixing something that isn't broke
I understand the need to continuously improve your website for your customers, but a lot of the changes you've been making lately do nothing except add more ways to access the same settings. Sure, there's also a visual difference.
A couple weeks ago you rolled out a new change that made it so that the browser bookmarks that I'd created no longer work. When attempting to update those bookmarks to new URLs, that also wouldn't work. It's like your application is too stupid to know where to go, and it just hangs.

Let customers toggle on/off new features
All changes that you usually introduce, you simply push to everyone's server without much previous communication of possible impacts.
This isn't the ideal way of rolling out the features, since you do not have the full visibility if your change will break the website of one of your customers (yes, it happened several times with us).
So, I would suggest that you let the customers take control of their own websites, and enable the new features only if they want to. (You can even give an option for who wants to participate in your rollouts).
