Implementing Account Switcher
Dear Cloudways Team,
I suggest implementing an "Account Switcher" feature in the Cloudways platform. As a user who manages multiple client accounts, being able to easily switch between different accounts without having to log out and log in each time would greatly enhance efficiency. This feature would streamline the management process and improve the overall user experience.

Notification History
While waiting for an event (ssl issuance, server clone, application clone) there's great feedback when the event is completed. It would be great if we could see that event history from the Cloudways dashboard for a while ... last 24 hours or so. I stepped away from my computer and then when I returned couldn't remember what I was working on, as the notification appeared and then dismissed itself.
If notification history isn't practical, maybe an option to manually dismiss notifications?

Allow configuration of Cloudflare Enterprise Rules
The CDN bandwidth allowance for the Cloudflare Enterprise add-on is only 100GB / month. We have some apps that regularly exceed that amount. I'd like to have the ability to add rules to the Cloudflare account (like I can do in Cloudflare itself), to have more control over what types of files it serves.
For example, some files such as mp3 files generated from a text to speech app consume a lot of bandwidth and don't need to be coming from Cloudflare and incurring unnecessary cost.

Add docker app support
Hello,
This is an request,it may or may not be fulfilled but I fulfilled,it would be so good.
Add option to deploy dockerized apps.That would be so flexible and very good feature.Since it’s quite frustrating that you’re already not providing root access,in the docs it was mentioned too,I appreciate it.But docker would be a much safer replacement to the root feature request,it would not risk your platform if not given privileged containers.

I see there's Santiago Chile already available. And Linode Sao Paulo.

Allow adding labels to Applications, like current stagings also have
In this way you can also label a application as [test] or [dev] or [prod] or [live].
Maybe additionally add multiple labels or kind of labels?
For example a general label as suggested above and a status label maybe.Status label cloud be that a application is ready for [archive] , [transfer], [deletion], [moving], [blueprint] etc.

Multisite - New ssl unregistration issue due to expired domain, work automation fail
- We are running a multi-site.
- You have registered a new cloudway domain and ssl to add a new site.
- Your ssl registration has been denied. I found out the cause through your support.
- The cause was that some of the existing registered domains no longer point to my server.
- For resolution, expired domains were deleted from all networks.
- Request a review to prevent problems: I hope the cloudway will be improved so that even if the domain registered with the existing server expires, it will not affect the entire network setting.
This is a fatal issue that requires manual management…

DNS Made Simple - Query current DNS records for import.
For users switching to DNS made easy, it would be beneficial to have an feature that queries the current DNS records for import, much like Cloudflare does when setting up DNS for a new domain.
This would help eliminate potential errors and tedious back and forth while adding existing (sometimes numerous) records.
Ideally, it would have an option to select all the records or choose which records you want to keep.

Multiple Lower Applications
We love the staging feature, but we really need more than one for our pipeline, specifically a dev environment we can easily pull the prod database onto just like the staging enironement, is this on the roadmap anywhere?

Support for own Cloudflare account with Cloudways Autonomous
Cloudways Autonomous is a great and finally a modern offering for scalable solutions from Cloudways, but it comes with a great limitation for the Cloudflare power users - Cloudflare proxying "orange cloud" is not supported.
Since Cloudways Autonomous is deeply integrated with Cloudflare Enterprise own Cloudways account for security and optimizations it becomes impossible to use own Cloudflare account that gives full access to analytics, rules, bot countermeasures, workers, etc.

Safeupdates on staging sites
Enable SafeUpdates on the staging side, perhaps leaving the option to choose whether to update live or staging or both.
The current configuration of SafeUpdates on the live site leaves staging uncovered, which requires a pull from live to be realigned.2 votes
