Elastic Email - Reply-to address
Currently if a client doesn't have a domain based email account, it is not possible to send an email via elastic email and have a reply go back to a different email address.
elastic email needs to send from a verified domain, but doesn't currently allow a reply-to email address.

Add Live Site Access Creds to Staging Site Access Tab
Currently you have to navigate from staging site to live site to find access creds. Those who want this changed have voted substantially.
The new idea here is where to put it in the new CW console. You already have three tabs; add a fourth.

Please add more options to easy integrade another email company. I don't like Rackspace it often has problems with receiving/sending.

1-click copy info button for Cloudways Migration tool
It would be great if the "Migration Tools" section of the Cloudways application panel had another button which could copy a JSON string with all the necessary information that we could then paste into the Cloudways Migration tool page.
That takes less clicks around!
In the new experience you need to jump back and forth between tabs of application details to copy all the necessary information.
In the old interface it was fairly easy to collect all the needed information for Cloudways Migration tool (BlogVault plugin) from the application "Access Details" section. Everything were in the same page and with…

Local backups per app
Currently local backups are hazardous to servers with less than 50% free disk space.
If enabled your server will crash when automated backup schedule runs.
We need a usable local backup feature for people who use their space cost effectively.

Add a "staging" label to results in the application search
When searching for an application using the search bar in the top right, the results are shown in a drop down as you type. The suggestion is to include if the application is a staging site in this drop down. Elsewhere there is a "staging" label which sits alongside the title of the application. This could be a useful indication here.
We include it in the name of the application but there is limited characters allowed here which makes this inappropriate for status indicators like this.

Allow us to verify domains for Elasticemail without enabling tracking
Tracking is optional with Elasticemail, and I do not want them rewriting links in emails or tracking clicks. Especially because we do not have access to view any of this data.(!)

Allow us to manage Cloudflare Enterprise domain settings (page rules, bot protection, IP whitelisting, etc.)

Invoices available as CSV download
I have numerous servers and need to split out the costs and work out each clients bill before I can pass it to our Accounts Department. A CSV download of an invoice would make this easier. I currently have to use a PDF to CSV convertor which is not that accurate.

staging sites
Hello, Can you please roll out a bug fix for the following :)
By default let whatever team member that is creating a staging site to have full permission to use it?
I've just found out a team member created a staging site but is unable to access it. As admin, I had to tick his staging site for him to be able to do anything with it!

Server / App Dashboard List View
Hello :)
Can you please ask the team responsible for the dashboard User Interface to allow more than 10 records to show for SERVERS and APPS?
And also, to be able to set the ordering by NAME, and save that preference too? (so I can add a number prefix and order SERVERS and APPS in the order I'd like?)
I find myself constantly having to navigate to 2nd page of SERVER or APP listings to find the SERVER or APP I need ...
It's not a great experience when you have multiple tasks to do for both SERVERS and APPS…

Set up redirect for Cloudways app URL to mapped domain
Many WP plugins and services (including license API's) get the Cloudways app url instead of the mapped domain name (something like: wordpress-6XXXX4-22XXXX9.cloudwaysapps.com). This includes New Relic monitoring (see suggestion: https://cloudways.uservoice.com/forums/203824-service-improvement/suggestions/42059503-use-cloudways-app-name-instead-of-app-url-in-new-r)
This makes it hard for agencies with many sites to know which sites are being monitored or licensed. Is there a way that you could automatically set up a redirect of the CW URL to the mapped domain as a part of the domain mapping process? At least then we could click on the CW url and get to the correct site...
