Allow Team Members to create notifications on Cloudways Bot
As a developer and affiliate, we run lots of client sites / servers. It would be great if we could create cloudways bot notifications with our accounts.
It seems silly for only the master account to be able to do this. Especially, when a lot of clients (main account holders) are non-techies.

Backups: attach description and local timezone
WHen making backups attach name of backup/description. And select local timezone for the timestamp (not UTC).

additional a simple note field for staging site(s)
hi, when i create a staging site, i can`t find a field to write down a note to remark/record some details.
it will be more convenience/handy if can have a simple note field for write and keep my remarks.

Allow to define bash aliases for app user
The master user can define bash aliases in .bash_aliases file, but an app user can't do the same, there is no way to define aliases and load them automatically on ssh login

Application Sort List by last accessed
Current there is Application sort by
Name,
Date Created,
Projects
Servers
StagingCan we have one more which is by last accessed
Also if we can have a quick 'pin to top' option so it can list on top..
Becase for people who have like 10+ applications is very hard to get to the application we are working on immediatelly,
If this can save even 10 secs, it will be really nice for everyone.

It's reassuring for users, especially on an e-commerce site, to know they are protected.

Allow more refined options for team members raising/viewing support tickets
Hi - currently if you add a team member you can allow them to raise/view/respond to support tickets or not. it's either on for the whole account or off.
But just like giving them console access to a specific server/application only, it would be useful to be able to restrict their support tickets to be only for that application and to be able to read/respond only to support tickets they'd raised themselves or perhaps were about that server/application.
Otherwise you end up with people with a designated role on one specific app being able to see what's going on with…

Is it possible to get notifications when security patches etc are installed on our servers?
Is it possible to get notifications when security patches etc are installed on our servers?
One of our websites was down for over 12 hours yesterday and took us a full day to debug and resolve. This appears to have been caused by a php patch upgrade which caused a memory leak in a Symfony package. Because we had no knowledge of a patch having been installed on our server this made the debugging process much more difficult.

manage e-mails on application level
It would be great if it was possible to manage e-mails from Rackspace on the application level. This would make it easier to just give clients access to their application and they could add and remove their own e-mailaddresses.

Security issue-Visible passwords in Dashboard needs immediate attention
Coming from different managed hosting, I just joined cloudways, only to be surprised that sufficient security for protecting passwords is not in place. I can see the passwords are visible to me but also to the support agents that have access to the same area and hence openly visible to them. They can see Wordpress password ( which is not issue, as they told me it is default one and if changed in wordpress admin, will not be reflected here). My biggest concern is the sensitive passwords for SQL database and application credentials. The eye icon placed next to passwords…

Detailed Application Resources Usage Invoice
It would be awesome if our monthly invoice would contain detailed resource use along with the associated charges.
Example:
App: www.xyz.com
Server: Vultr Toronto, Canada
Active Add-on(s): Rackspace x 7 email accounts
Disk Usage (at the end of the billing cycle): 6GB

Alerts when application sites not responding (eg "This site cannot be reached" due to DNS error)
Extend the ability of CloudBots to also send alerts when a (Wordpress) website goes down for reasons other than server issues. Eg if a DNS record is changed or there is a plugin issue.

Flush Redis cache button
Hi. It would be very useful to have a button to flush Redis cache, since you published a tutorial about that software, but there isn't a simple option to clear it when something goes wrong with WordPress (e.g. https://wordpress.org/support/topic/blank-homepage-after-update-to-2-0-9/)

let users know which port is used by SFTP
currently the master credentials screen for SFTP is not complete.
you have to watch a video on FTP setup to know that cloudways uses Port: 22It would be very helpful to add this information beneath the existing master credentials:
Public IP
username
password
portwithout knowing that the port number is 22 you can't login to SFTP.
