Add custom application logo support
The ability to change the application logo would be nice. A list of WordPress sites with very little differentiation in the console right now hinders workflow to some degree.

provide a way for site-administrators to view the auth.log
When sites are hacked the first thing to check is the auth.log to see who accessed what, when. When a compromise happens we need to be able to investigate immediately and find a fix.
Can site owners be provided with a way to see the auth.log for their site, similar to how we can currently view web access/error logs?Specifically what I'm requesting is live (and perhaps filtered to my site) visibility on:
* auth.log
* sftpserver.log
* history of auth and sftpserver logs so that we can go back at least a week to see if we…1 vote -

Extend Account Login Time
I am constantly getting logged out of my account all day long and in every browser. If someone is working at home on a private computer, isn't there a way to stay logged in as long as one wants or at least for a few days before getting logged out. It constantly is slowing up one's workflow. Thanks.

Disable Pagination
I find the pagination very annoying. Why make me click more to get what I want? It was better before. Please add option to disable pagination on servers and applications list.

Option to run custom commands after the pull from the repo
your deployment feature it's a simply git pull. it would be awesome if there will be any possibility to run custom commands after the pull from the repo (even a simply composer install would be great)

Have a much simpler SMTP system, elastic email is painful
Every site I have built has issues with contact form mail delivery, this should be such a simple, basic requirement, yet I'm required to jump through hoops and spend hours on live chat to get it working

Install applications in subdomain
I feel like the system is really backward in that it is so difficult just to install a subdomain and use it? The default feature for 'additional domains' only forwards to this domain... What is the point in that?
E.g. setting up wordpress in 'www.orders.lotuslabs.com.au' should not be as complicated as it is.

Add Digital Ocean S3 storage.
It is much more cost effective than the block storage option, therefore would be very useful for WP backups.

Discount for reseller web developers
I use Cloudways to host the applications i develop for my clients. All of them servers is at my account. I don't want to create a different account for every client with affiliate link. It would be nice to me (and i think for many others) if we can get any discount for every server. It could be something like we create accounts with affiliate program.

Custom plugins installed on elastic search need to clone when instance is cloned
If you have custom plugins installed into elastic search, support needs to be contacted after any server cloning, to then manually clone the plugins.
Plugins should clone with the source.

Allow us to modify the Varnish Cache configuration file
Please allow us to modify the Varnish Cache configuration file. Because your interface to exlude varnish with URLs or cookies is very basic, and does not allow us to configure varnish properly to work well with for example geo localization plugins in Magento.
