I suggest a partnership with HOSTIDIME servers because they have data centers located in Brazil, and a better price than Amazon.

Update requirements for Magento 2. Can't create staging environment.
When trying to create a staging environment for my Magento 2 application I am getting the warning that my application doesn't support PHP 7.2 while it does by default. The message:
The deployed versions of PHP or MySQL on your server are incompatible with your application’s requirements. To continue, you’ll first have to update the following from Settings & Packages area:
Change your PHP version to 7.0 or 7.1.Please change the requirements so that I can successfully create a stating environment for my application. Support told me to open feedback here I really don't know why.

it will help to control the application by owner.only admin should do this if want...this provision should be made in system

Reset File Permissions For ALL Applications On A Server
Would love to see an option to reset file permissions for ALL applications on a server at once. Instead of having to manually go into each application and reset them. There needs to be some option on the server to reset all application file permissions at once. Thanks!

Clean cache
Hey,
Last days my websites got slower and slower on backend, so I contated support and they said they had cleared my server cache and it should be fine and really was ...
so I have asked them if I can do this by myself and they told me not yet ...
so I am suggesting to do that as new feature as one click varnich clear, also to clear cache (don't know what type of cache, but that was what I was told from support..

2GB RAM and 2 Core which is available in Digital Ocean but not in CW
I miss having 2GB RAM and 2 Core which is available in Digital Ocean but not in Cloudways. This would be the perfect balance for my Woocommerce website.

Add ClassicPress to the apps list
With the introduction of Gutenberg and the new direction WordPress is taking, it might be a good idea to add ClassicPress to the applications list.
ClassicPress is a hard fork of WordPress version 4.9.8 the last version to include the text editor as default.

Be able to view support tickets opened by team members without cc
I need to be able to designate which of my Cloudways team member are part of my organization and then be able to view the status of any ticket they have opened.
Your support ticket portal has 3 columns: My Requests, Requests I'm CC'd on, and Organization Requests but apparently Organization Requests does not work ???
It's not enough to ask team members to try to remember to CC me on their tickets. Instead, I should be able to designate which of my team members are part of my organization and then be able to see the status of their…

Ability to add multiple SSL certificates per application (neither wildcard nor SAN)
If we have a multisite, we need a wildcard SSL for the subdomains. However if we go further, and provide custom domain (domain mapping) the problem comes that the SSL certificate is only for our domain not the mapped. Would be great if we can (even manually) create more than one certificate. SAN certificates is not the good option, since:
- We are using the wildcard for the own subdomains.
- There is a hard limit with the 100 domains.
- All the custom domains would be listed as secondary domains in the certificate details.

Allow sorting by usage within new disk quota report
The new Disk Usage Per Application report is great, but it's missing an obvious feature to allow this list to be sorted by usage.

Settings of max server power per app
Hi,

Server SMTP configuration is not working properly.
Currently if you have already configured the SMTP on a server Cloudways seems to remember your previous credentials and tries to enter them again. I've just spent half an hour trying to set up SendGrid on the Server SMTP. Everytime I selected SendGrid or Mailgun etc it would automatically fill in the wrong credentials and process them. Finally I was able to remove them and get the proper credentials in. But it took a lot of my time and I'm not happy that I wasted so much time.
This needs to be fixed.

Timed Tickets System
I would like to suggest that a feature be added where tickets are timed. As in where there is countdown timer on tickets, so that customers can have an accurate time-frame as to when a ticket will be resolved by. This is to prevent customers from having to keep asking chat reps about this. It think the time-frame for a ticket to solved by should be decided by the appropriate engineer upon first receiving the ticket, and then a countdown timer put on the ticket. And the aim should be to resolve every ticket before the countdown timer goes to…

Deploy from git repo subfolder
Right now you can only deploy a full git repo. Users should be allowed to deploy from any folder withing a repo.
For example an app could have a 'src' folder with code and a 'dist' folder with production code. I want to be able to deploy the 'dist' folder only4 votes -

Please can you notify your customers via email about current vulnerabilities with Wordpress etc
Please can you notify your customers via email about current vulnerabilities/wide-spread attacks with Wordpress and other software packages asap.
Today I was made aware of any issue with one of my customer's sites which was not posted on all vulnerabilities sites. On contacting cloudways I was told by a Cloudways representative that there was a current widespread attack on Wordpress sites with a suspect certain version of a plugin installed, that was impacting on a large percentage of wordpress installations.How come you don't notify your admin clients when this first becomes apparent so that:
